We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, they did not check us into the family suite we had paid for in advance. My children and I suffered for more than 3 hours in the lobby. They did not want to give us rooms, our rooms were not available. They offered to move to a lower class hotel (((We did not agree. We did not have the strength to swear and wait! We had to check into 2 separate rooms, located far from each other. The cost of these 2 rooms is cheaper than the room we booked. They did not return the amount (
The hotel itself is good, but this situation negated all the advantages.
