Thi Long Phung Hotel

I got room number 5 on the first floor... When I made the reservation, the photo clearly showed a window, but there was no window, so it smelled musty, and there was 1 cockroach, mosquitoes (many), ants (more~~many) and the sales post showed a photo of a swimming pool, but there was no pool and I bought it with breakfast included, but since it was a holiday season, they said there was no staff until February 3rd?, so I went to the restaurant on the 4th floor, and it didn't seem like it was only a holiday season, but it seemed like it hadn't been used for a long time... I went on February 4th and it was still the same... (photos 9, 10, 11) The towels looked like the ones used in the photo (seriously, they were laid out like that when I first went in...photos 3 and 6) The blankets were also dirty... I paid for 6 days, but on the first day, there were mosquitoes and noise, and the room was musty, so I stayed almost all night with my child, and it was a shame to waste 5 days, so I booked another place and moved..., The funny thing is, I told Trip.com about this situation, but at Tilongpung, they were on a holiday season, so I admit that breakfast was not provided and the room was wrong, but they said it was non-refundable, so I gave them a 3-day refund after looking at the photos on Trip.com👍 I really hope that other people don't get fooled by Tilongpung!! The last photo is the Tilongpung introduction and location posted on Hotel S Combo... The text doesn't match and the location is deceiving as being near the city center! I felt like my fun trip was ruined.
