I will says it's 4 stars hotel, hundreds ppl waiting for check in at the lobby, restaurant foods taste bad, staffs overall English is bad or pretend not understand, room size is fine but lack of maintenance, no currency exchange available during my stay, no USB plug in the room and no charger can ne borrow, when I call to the housekeeping, nobpdy answer the phone, its one the bad 5 stars hotel I have been stay ever, regret to made this choice.

Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Good room but they didn’t make up my room. Was out all day from 6am -2pm but the room wasn’t cleaned- at 4pm I decided to do it myself. I cleaned my own room for 3 days. Ordered coffee at the beach restaurant- waited 40 minutes. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful beach.

1. Pool features such as fountain and spa was not turned on during our stay. Lifeguard and reception were not able to understand our query.
2. Hotel failed to reply to our email query regarding airport shuttle pickup.
3. There are a handful of massage shops and food (bahn mi) carts just 20m outside the hotel.

Because our other hotel cancelled our stay we booked last minute a week at the Premier Residences. Top hotel and great value for money. I can recommend it and will definitely stay there again !

The hotel was a value for money. Facilities could be a bit run down and need fixing up. Kids friendly and e pool is big. Beach is nice with clean water and sand. Breakfast selection is good. There are a few massage places and convenient stores outside the hotel. The free kiss of the sea show is definitely worth it especially it's free for all the hotel guests.
