We are welcomed with great hospitality from Phat, who facilitated the check in with a breeze and he remembered us again when we had to do the Face ID registration from the “Kiss of the Sea” complimentary tickets. The room size is spacious though it will be good that there are different types of pillow softness. I like that there’s an additional sink outside of the toilet so that it speeds up the morning getup preparation. I like that the hotel is located closely to the free shuttle bus stop to Sunset Town, and it’s a pleasant walking distance to the beach. The hotel has a combination of paid and free activities to keep one occupied and switch out the tempo of being at the beach all the time. Good spread of breakfast - including Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Korean food. Hope the vicinity will see more tenants else a 3D2N stay will be sufficient before hopping to other parts of Phu Quoc to experience the different beaches.

The resort was wonderful, kids friendly, and conveniently located if u would like to explore the south part of Phu Quoc. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean, all items are working well. For breakfast , the spread is acceptable but it seemed to be repeated variety every day. Some minor suggestions: should improve cleaning to balcony area, changing the body and hair shampoo because it doesn't seem to clean well, lastly to avoid asking customers to throw the towel on the floor as it seemed unhygienic ? But overall, this is a good stay for us.

The stay was nice and comfortable.The pool is nice, and it is linked to a very beautiful private beach.It was meant to be a chill and relaxing holiday; this place totally fit the description.The free yoga and Pilates classes were amazing. I didn't expect that I would be able to continue my classes here at Premier Residences.We tried the Spa, and therapist Cuc is amazing. She is one of the best therapists I have ever had. Emerald Bay Spa is truly a must-try. It's slightly expensive but totally worth it.The breakfast spread is also a must-go for... Lots of options, both local and international. We stayed for 5 days, and we were not bored by the options at all.

A beautiful property directly on the beach with many swimming pools to enjoy and spend your day. The buffet for breakfast was absolutely delicious and you can’t miss the fresh pastries that must be made in house because they are that good! Wow! Very smooth and easy check-in process, terrific guest relations team, who is very responsive and very helpful bellmen all throughout my visit. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families, couple couples or solo travelers. Some small silly policies like take away containers for in room, dining during peak season an no breakfast for in room dining but overall, it was an exceptional experience. The buffet made up for not having in room dining for breakfast because it was really one of the best buffets I’ve had in a long time! If you’re an art lover, I highly suggest visiting the property located directly next-door from a short walk on the beach And visit Nguyen Art Gallery to see stunning works of art by a very talented local artist artists. It’s complementary to visit the gallery and while you’re there you can enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants or head to their on-site bakery, which is also outstanding, offering a bit more complex, desserts and sweets.

The room was very nice, staff helped to change the twin bed to king size bed for me which is really nice gesture and also helped me to get the nice view at top of seven floor where I can see the beach sideways from balcony which was really nice of the staff to assist Also the pool, beach side amenities were really nice and beach was well maintained and very clean with towels provided as well at the beach side. Buffet breakfast was also amazing with halal options and variety of options to choose from including make ur own salads. Surprisingly also had indian dish on the menu on both days.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel during my Vietnam trip. The property is huge, beautifully maintained, and feels luxurious from the moment you enter. The food was absolutely delicious with great variety, fresh ingredients, and excellent presentation — every meal was a treat!
