For the first night I booked a single standard room. The room is spacious and clean, but the bed was TERRIBLE. Im travelling for 6 months and this bed was in the worst condition I ever had. You literally sleep on the spirals. I went to the reception to say something about it. She replied to me: many people sleep in this room but they don't complain like you. Giving me the feeling im sort of a diva. Overall not a really friendly receptioniste.I felt burdened asking her a question. I asked to rent a motorbike with a phone holder (because I need this for Google Maps, otherwise I get lost 😅). Hotel charges you 150.000 VND. Five minutes later a motorbike without phone holder arrived. Again I was given the look of complaining once I said I really want a motorbike with phone holder. I went to a rental place just 6 minutes away from the resort. Super friendly guy, good motorbikes (with phone holders) and only charge you 120.000 VND. My second night I got offered a nice room next to the swimmingpool. The matrass was not as bad as the first one, but VERY hard. Havent had a good sleep since my arrival at the resort. The beds really are a problem here, too bad, because the resort itself is nice! Good value for the money. In terms of the swimmingpool. Its a nice and clean swimmingpool, but Vietnamese family swimming and making noises till late. Since my room was next to the swimmingpool, very disturbing there is no one in the resort taking care of this. Overall: nice resort, good location, clean, but noisy around the swimmingpool (if you have some bad luck with the guests like I did) and terrible beds. I changed my stay since I want to catch some sleep so Im able to explore the island!

Great place. Only problem is that the location is far away and the curtains let too much sunlight in. They need to buy better curtains. For some foreign tourists the beds might come off as a culture shock too as they may be too hard. having lived in Asia for many years already I got used to this and don't mind it but just be aware of it. It's not hard as rock but it's definitely not as soft as what you sleep on in the West either. WiFi is fast, room is clean and staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Service is very good and pool was clean, location is not that great but fine. They serve with food also that was delicious and cheap too.

Late at night. I was worried when I arrived, but fortunately the female staff kindly guided me. It is the best value for money. Accommodations under 20,000 won have spacious bedrooms, swimming pools, and surroundings for the price. great. I also liked the sound of birds in the morning. At first, I was only planning to stay for one night and then move to another accommodation, but I booked for 7 days because of the friendly staff and good value for money. I intend to visit again in the future.

The hotel is very close to the night market. Eating nearby is also very convenient. Transportation is also convenient. The waiter can speak Chinese. The hotel is a resort hotel with many villa rooms. You can rent a motorcycle to travel. The hotel is available for rent.

Good Hotel

A quiet, peaceful place for a traveler, you wake up to the singing of birds, a large swimming pool, the air and sun are all wonderful here! The bungalow is located on the mountain, it’s about 700 meters to the sea - it’s good for some morning jogging! I recommend everyone to stay here!

Nice clean hotel 🤙helpful staff

We checked into the room, the plumbing in it did not work properly, after taking a shower and using the sink, the entire floor in the bathroom was covered in water. Leaving for the beach at 8 am, we reported the problem to the reception, they took our room key and we left. Returning at 14, we found that everything was scattered in the bathroom but nothing worked. The cleaning ladies immediately came and began cleaning our room in front of us. It is impossible to use the shower and toilet. Then a plumber came who worked until 16, but he did it, but we didn’t understand why all this couldn’t be done while we were away. The hotel does not meet expectations, everything is old. There is dirt around the pool. I do not recommend visiting this hotel. The staff does not try to make your stay comfortable.

Terrible service! We booked a two bedroom room in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that it was not ready and were offered to spend the night in another room (regular double). It was disgusting - the floor of the shower stall was broken in the bathroom, the plumbing was leaking, it was dirty. The area around the pool is dirty - either blood or a cocktail was spilled by someone. We booked a stay for a week and asked for a refund. Money if we leave tomorrow. We did not receive a response to this. Only tomorrow we’ll move you to another room, but now let’s go clean it up, it’s not even occupied, they just forgot to clean it. I think this attitude towards clients is unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
