Location is ~40 minutes from airport and ~15 from city centre for seafood restaurant and nigh market by taxi.
If you plan to visit the southern part of the island - buggy/ the park, it takes around an hour by taxi.
There is only one restaurant inside the hotel.
There is no restaurant, cafe or local hawkers outside the hotel within walking distance.
The hotel has a large pool where close to the beach, it has nice view with great music by the disc jockey. You can pay for cocktails and snacks. It is excellent relaxing when swimming inside the hotel.
However, the hotel is not recommended guest to swim at private beach.

床品很乾凈 備有人字拖和浴袍 泳池沙灘都很
我自己帶了晾衣裳 在小花園裡晾衣服非常方便
酒店#0 接駁車服務去哪都很方便
行李箱重服務人員會給你提到花園門口
也會接你去前台辦理check out
早餐挺豐富的 環境很美
總之如果朋友再來 我會五星推薦貝殼
前台DIAH非常細心 走的時候還幫忙叫了車
但出門在外 大家問清楚價格再上車

Dated room, needs some maintenance done.
Location is inconvenient to any restaurants, shops, and amenities. It is quite far walking to the main road, plus there are stray dogs. Stay here if you intend to do nothing at all on your trip, just relax and chill in the room.

It is a great resort. Located in middle of island. Although it is far away from northern and southern tourist hotel complex,it is close to night market and the price is really affordable. It just you might need to rent a scooter or hire taxi for better mobility. We rent scooter so we had fun.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel from 18-20/Jul 2025. Several serious issues negatively affected my experience:
1. There was continuous water leakage in my room ceiling, which was both uncomfortable and concerning.
2. I was unable to reach the front desk via the room phone despite multiple attempts, and I could not contact the buggy service either. Communication was very difficult.
The hotel is located in a remote area, and it was extremely hard to get transportation, which made commuting frustrating.
I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and provide a reasonable explanation and compensation. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

It was a great resort with good breakfast options and good location if you rent a motorbike to explore the island. The beach at the resort is nice as well. The restaurant was average, and there was much better food and cheaper outside the hotel. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus, which was great too! Overall, it was a great island and a peaceful place.

I visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.
