Don’t stay here — please trust me. So struggle!! The view is the only good thing. The location is hard to find — we got lost in the rain. Every day I stay no staff were standby like others, only a guard who showed up some mornings. I had to rely on a WhatsApp contact I got on day one, because no one else was around. You won’t be able to contact the staff easily. The security guard has no contact with other staff and can’t really help you. Staff here speak very little English or zero, so communication is very difficult. It feels like they hire people by the day. So weird Management is poor, and there were so many other issues.

The room was super new and beautifully decorated. I could watch the fountain show from my window every day, and the fireworks at 9:25 PM were absolutely amazing! The area around the hotel is peaceful and pretty, which made the stay even more relaxing. There’s a kitchen, so you can cook your own meals, perfect for families with kids. Everything was clean and tidy. I’d love to come back again!

This booking was a disaster. First of all this is not a hotel. This was an apartment complex which an individual has rooms scattered throughout the different floors. Which is perfectly fine however, what they show in the photos is not what is advertised on the site. I booked a Deluxe Room where the photos showed a spacious room w a couch and living room area. I was given a room so small that I could barely share full view photos. There is no front desk so I communicated w someone through Whatsapp. When I expressed the concern they continued to argue that #1. this is the room and #2. there is nothing that they can do. I was given the option to pay double for the correct room I saw in the photos or book another hotel - mind you this was at 8:30 pm after all hotels were either booked up or the prices were already much higher. In the end, they ignored my messages for hours and I had Trip.com intervene. I was fortunate that Trip.com was professional and was able to assist me but this was not fully resolved til the next day. I wasted 3 hours back and forth to resolve this and even after my trip I am filling out paper work to settle this issue. I would stay away from this hotel and avoid any possible frustrations. There are so many better hotels in the area such as the Juliet. In the end what the hotel advertised was nothing like what I received. They advertised a spacious room with a couch and in the end I only received a small dingy room.

A very cost-effective hotel, you can watch fireworks, sea view, sunset, there are seats on the balcony, sitting and drinking beer is very comfortable. The hotel is also clean and sanitary, and the front desk customer service communication is barrier-free!

This sunset town is absolutely enchanting. Its serene charm and golden-hour glow make it impossible to leave, so I’ve decided to extend my stay for a few more days to soak it all in
