Positive: Firework view is really good and romantic, very suitable for couple
Area for improvement :
1. Irresponsible Customer Service: The customer service staff demonstrated a lack of responsibility.
2. Excuses and Delayed Check-in: The check-in process was delayed, and excuses were given for the delay.
3. Non-Functional Room Upon Arrival: After checking in, the room was not fully functional, requiring maintenance to enter and repair items.
4. Damaged Blanket: The blanket provided in the room was torn.

What can I say about this absolute gem of a property! Not only is it brand new apartments, it’s well kept, cleaned and maintained. The customer service is absolutely spectacular and I would 100% stay here again when next I’m back to Phu Quoc. When you book you have access to its rooftop pool, gym is in another building and did not use that, I got a 1 bed apartment where you can see the night water show and fireworks. Bed and facilities was great! Location is great, right in the heart of sunset town with a 24/7 mart, cafe and 2 restaurants 2 minute walk away. There’s more restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you’re headed to sunset town or even south of the island, I would 100% recommend staying at this property, you would definitely not regret it.

I would give this Hotel for 5/5, The room is so clean, fancy, all facilities are new and modern, the bed is comfort, and the view out of Window is super stunning, I can’t forget the Sea view there, plus it location on the top of Sunset town, view is very wide angle, Day time you see the infinite sea view, and Night time you can enjoy the Show and Sunset for free. More over the Hotel sister English is really good, we don’t have any difficulty in communication, And I have to mention she really friendly and helpful, I personally really recommend this stay!

Wonderful experience. a warm house that 4 friends can being together, with excellent view that can see the fireworks every night. very close to the tram station.

1-Star Disaster – False Claims, Zero Service… But Hey, Nice Fireworks View
What a joke. This place boasts a 24-hour front desk, yet after dark, it’s a ghost town—zero staff when needed. Communication? WhatsApp-only, with replies slower than a dial-up connection.
Basic services were fiction:
- Extra pillow requested? Never arrived.
- Room cleaning promised? Never happened (2 days in my own mess).
- Ended up playing janitor —hauling out trash myself because no one came. Not even a hint of where the rubbish room was or a fresh bin bag.
The grand finale? At checkout, I dropped a sarcastic “This place is WONDERFUL!” The clapback? “This isn’t a hotel, it’s an apartment!” Ah, yes—because false advertising and neglect magically vanish with semantics.
One grudging praise: The fireworks view was stellar. Too bad the service was a dud.
Stay elsewhere. Unless you fancy paying for DIY housekeeping and staff who weaponize technicalities.

Room space is not large enough, no one serves, can only contact local employees via WhatsApp, room does not even have toilet paper, many mites, but the terrace can see fireworks, toilet hygiene is not good smell, contact employees after the room to clean, they only spray deodorant, no proper cleaning of the toilet, feel really not good, if there is a better option, I may not go to this hotel
