VENUS HOTEL PHU QUOC

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The vacation and impressions of SunSet were ruined. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony, but they put us in a standard room (without a balcony). The room is very small and cramped (one and a half steps from the entrance to the bed, less than one step from the bed to the closet). When I asked to change the room, I received the answer "Sorry. We don't have any rooms." When I asked to return the price difference, the answer was even more cheerful "Sorry, we have Tet (a holiday) and no money." I should note that we really did book a room in Tet at an indecently high price for this tiny room. For that kind of money, you can get a hotel with much better parameters, and I didn't plan to be cramped in a small room, so I chose a more expensive room. The toothbrush and toothpaste were provided after an additional reminder. I won't even mention the razor and comb stated in the accommodation voucher. They simply "forgot" to put them. The socket fell off and was poorly attached. The stated breakfast is a real quest!!!! You need to go somewhere using the navigator and also find this place🤔 Naturally, we went in the wrong direction... The grandfather - an employee of the establishment where we were sent, sent us even further... Somehow we found this canteen. In general, the impression is negative. Our room was 403, and room 404 has a balcony. I do not recommend visiting this hotel to anyone, even for little money!!!
