Overall a good stay. Hotel is clean and cozy. Breakfast concept of alacarte ordering is good, making sure you are served with freshly prepared meal. Location is somewhat nearer to the south side and only about 20min from airport. Free scheduled shuttle to and from airport is available.

Best hotel I've been to in a while. Great location next to the beach and downtown, friendly staff that speaks English, plus the hotel was opened a little over a year ago, so the facilities are new and clean. I'm definitely staying at Soul Boutique when I visit Phu Quoc again. 🙂

Great service, nice private beach and two pools. Amazing breakfast (a la carte). Only downside is that food and drinks for lunch/dinner are a bit on the pricey side.

We totally love our experience here . The hotel is very new , smell nice and very close to the beach with live music and fire show in the evening . The staff may look like they lack some smiles at first as they are busy working but once you interact with them , they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to resolve your issues. We did encounter some hiccups and all were resolved . After 3 nights and more communications with the staff, we definitely feel at home . They have free bikes or buggy to the Signature Sailing club they are tied to and we had a great time using the facilities such as swimming pool ,sauna , gym and pickle ball court . There is also free shuttle bus to Grand World but will need to look at Vinbus website for schedule and is extremely crowded though it's the first stop . To us it's akin to staying in a resort while paying boutique hotel price. Will definitely be back again !

I've been to Vietnam 4 times, but have never stayed at a hotel as lovely as Soul boutique hotel. Everything was amazing. The large room with a terrace overlooking the ocean is great. The free ice cream was a nice treat, and the wide variety of amenities was great. The biggest added value was breakfast. The quality of the food was beyond amazing and the fact that breakfast is served until 14:00 is a game changer. I really likes having access to the other property and being able to access the sailing club while relaxing on the beach. I would absolutely come back and stay here. Its worth every penny.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly. Close to the beach. Breakfast was amazing. You can select 2 meals, and can select 3 drinks. they also have bikes you can use.
