They upgrade room for us without asking🙃 Room is very very easy to walk to cable car station, kiss bridge and night market. Staff is also friendly.

This hotel is a very good location where is easy to go and near many places such as the cable car, a kiss bridge, symphony of light, Venice buildings, the beach and etc.
The price is reasonable. The service is OK. I go with the elder and a wheel car. We can go everywhere all day and see some lights and fireworks.

Everything was new in the room. Towels were changed every day. Location is great: just in the center of Sunset town. Good option for a short stay

The room is just the same in the picture, nice and clean. But the bed and pillow are not so confortable. The door lock is not work well, we cannot turnlock the door from inside, but is still have key card lock. And the room is not sound proof, always hear lift sound, luckily no one use the lift at late night.

We went in as a family, planning to stay for one night first and extend for a week if we liked it. However, we left after just one night. The reason was that there was constant drilling and construction noise throughout the day, making it very disturbing. Additionally, the elevator broke down, making it difficult to go up and down to the 4th floor.
