The only very unpleasant moment: the insects were annoying even with the windows closed. It is unclear where mosquitoes were constantly appearing from, but especially these huge flying cockroaches. There were a lot of them and they made noise at night. I hope that the hotel management will take action. I liked the hotel itself, the staff is pleasant and it would be great to stay there again if the insects were removed.

The service staff was quite attentive but there was a problem with the water pressure and there was no hot water. It was a bit troublesome because it was a family trip. The most troublesome thing was that there was no English communication. I hope it can be improved.
