loved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub.
but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.
prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.

While the resort’s overall quality is decent, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the staff and management. We booked a room on the ground floor with two queen beds to accommodate our family’s needs, but the experience quickly turned disappointing.
On the first night of our five-night stay, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling in our room. We immediately informed the reception, and they assured us the issue would be addressed the same day. However, after spending the day out, we returned to find the problem was never fixed, and the dripping continued.
The following day, we once again notified the reception, and in the afternoon, we were told the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, when we returned to our room, not only had the dripping persisted, but it had worsened. The water was now a smelly yellow-brown color, leaking all over the bathroom and even staining some of our clothes.
At this point, we requested to speak with management. However, after three nights of dealing with this issue, the manager was unavailable, and a staff member was sent to address the situation. Their “solution” was to offer us a much smaller room with a single queen bed, which was completely unsuitable for our family. This response demonstrated a serious lack of respect and consideration for our needs.
The next day, we were offered yet another "solution": a different room, again with a single queen bed, located near the noisy pool area. As we have a toddler who goes to bed early, this was not an option for us either. With just one night left in our stay, we chose to remain in the original room since the alternatives offered were neither practical nor adequate for our family.
Finally, after enduring five nights with water dripping through our bathroom, management offered a partial refund for two or three nights, which we accepted. However, after over a month, we have yet to receive the refund. To be honest, the resort can keep the money, as they have clearly shown themselves to be incompetent and untrustworthy.
Unfortunately can't upload videos in here to show to leakage. We had to keep several towels on the bathroom to try to keep it reasonably dry, and had to endure the weird smell throughout our 5-night stay

Spa is fine, agreed with 20% off but change to 15%
Breakfast is so so, not too .any choices , the best is quite swimming pool and private beach, some restaurants not far away from hotel but it's dark too walk, overall is 75 points.

Last minute booking and it was the best idea me and my family had. The rooms are beautiful, the beach is just at front and super clean and shallow for the kids to play offshore. The breakfast was super good and the staff is very nice. Super fancy and I think worth the price. Great stay!

My best experience in Phu Quoc Island. All staff is so friendly and nice. The breakfast here is so various of western and eastern food. The room atmosphere and the circumstance are so chill and peaceful. If you are looking for the place to stay peacefully, this resort is suitable for you.

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed with.
Perfect view that facing the sea with clean private beach.
The swimming pool is one for the best one. We also like the high quality services provided by all the staff that always welcome us and make us feel home at Phu Quoc.
We were celebrating birthday for our mother and the hotel provided us with decoration and cake which surprised my mother.
One of the drawback is the hotel location doesn't have public transport. However, the grab is always available.
Really recommended for those who are planning to relax and get away from all the stress.

Breakfast was ok, but the restaurant for lunch and dinner very weak. We ordered a cheese platter and they served us with sliced supermarket cheese for example. And it wasn’t cheap at all.
