PROS: Budget friendly, close to the night market, room was very clean and comfortable, You can watch the sunset in your hotel room, internet was good, water pressure and temperature was great, front desk was professional and respectful. When I was there the electricity went out for the whole island and the front desk help me carry my 60LBS luggage down from 5th floor. Thank you!
CONS: if you have noise sensitivity the building I was staying in was literally right next to the night market, it didn’t bother me but just a precaution. Breakfast was ok, you only get two type of breakfast that’s it.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I didn't know that they have two different buildings located quite far from each other. Luckily, they provide a buggy (which most of the hotels there do as well). I was assigned to a room located in the 2nd building where there was no receptionist there, and it was quite scary at first thinking that I was alone there. Initially they assigned me to a room on the 5th floor, which I later asked to switch as there were bugs and signs of pests. They reassigned me to a new room, which was better than before but definitely need some improvement on the overall cleanliness, as there was dust in certain sections of the room and hair strands.
The photo taken was the main building, i didn't take for the 2nd one as I was upset with the condition at first.

Not a bad hotel for its price, right on the night market, the downside was that we were bitten by mosquitoes even though we were on the 5th floor

Anyone coming to Phu Quoc, Vietnam, I recommend Rova Hotel. We came to stay with 3 friends and booked 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and private. The bathroom had a bidet, hot/cold water system, and a very good sea view. Downstairs is street food, easy to find food, and you get a chill sea view. The receptionists are very cute and fluffy. You get 1 free cable car ticket per room and a free spa. However, we were so engrossed in walking around the city that we didn't have time to stop and use it. It's very worth it. The staff are good, polite, and can speak English. I highly recommend it.

The staffs are very good, everyone speaks English. We got free cable car tickets and free spa too. Very good. Breakfast is from 7:00-9:00, there are 2 menus to choose from. The rest is paid for by yourself. We booked a room with a sea view, located in the building next to the night market. Convenient, easy to find food. Very impressed. I want many other people to come and stay here. I recommend the room with a sea view, it is beautiful beyond words.
