I really regret having to post something negative—this is actually my first time doing so. After paying for 15 nights at this hotel, our flight was changed to the following day after our reservation started. When we arrived, they told us we didn’t have a room because we were a day late, and there was no availability.
I had sent an email as soon as I found out about the flight change (two months in advance) and received no response. I sent another email on the day of our arrival, but still, nothing. In the end, they gave us a room in a building that was still under construction. The air conditioning and television didn’t work, and there were cockroaches.
The next day, they moved us to another room, where everything worked except the internet, which kept disconnecting constantly. To top it all off, I got food poisoning from the breakfast and was sick for two days with gastrointestinal issues.
The only good things about this hotel are its location and the sunsets, but personally, I will never return.
