Everything was fine except the breakfast. Fresh juice that they gave us had some onion flavor. Maybe they used the knife to slice the fruit which they used for onion.

The triple rooms at Anna Beach are novel and comfortable, with elevators, refrigerators, beach towels and bathrobes available. The location is very close to the swimming pool and beach. The swimming pool is shared with other accommodations, but it is well managed, clean, beautiful and comfortable, with lounge chairs and Parasols can be used freely, and there are coconut trees next to them. It is very enjoyable to wander among them!
There are several choices for breakfast, which are quite delicious. There is a small night market nearby, and the larger night market is two bus stops away (Vinbus19, there are not many buses). It has a resort atmosphere!

This hotel was booked with 4 stars given by Ctrip. You can see how bad it is just by looking at the picture! So far, Ctrip does not assume responsibility! After entering the room, I quickly took a shower (I had been running around all day, and the place was extremely hot!). The water in the shower was so small that I couldn’t wash it off! After complaining, a worker turned the water on higher, but the sewer was blocked! ——You understand why you turned the water on so low in the first place!
After washing, I was so tired that I fell asleep. When I woke up the next morning, I found that the bed sheets and bath towels were so horrible! Ctrip said that the hotel was unwilling to refund the money so there was nothing they could do. Why would Ctrip give such an ordinary B&B 4 stars to deceive consumers? !
Quickly change hotels to a 5-star hotel and check that there are blood stains on the sheets!
I had to check the hotels I stayed in carefully. There were almost no clean rooms. Either the sheets and towels were dirty, or the toilets were dirty!
In short, don’t go to Vietnam! Don’t book a hotel with Ctrip either – they marked a simple B&B with 4 stars!

Disappointing! Extremely small room, hard and uncomfortable mattress, ants everywhere. Poor breakfast: one dish and one drink (for example: 2 fried eggs and a coffee), which is insufficient. The area where the hotel is located has been abandoned, the surrounding hotels are empty. The staff doesn't speak any English and the shower water is either too hot or too cold and can't be adjusted. The water pressure is too weak and it's a pain to wash your head if you have long hair. Untrained front desk staff: when we wanted to check out, he didn't know what to do, he made phone calls, I waited a long time after him and finally he went to check the room, not before stopping the Grab driver to takes us to the airport. I could miss the plane because of them. I do not recommend this hotel!

STAY AWAY!! This place is a sham & they do not tell the truth. I was so excited about my stay here - after all, the photos & reviews are incredible. I am certain the 5 star reviews were all rigged. This place is 250 metres from the pool & 450 metres from the ocean…….but the whole development is EMPTY - it feels like visiting Chernobyl! It’s freaking eerie! They overcharged me for my airport shuttle. They wanted extra for coffee and juice, at breakfast, even though breakfast is “included”. Terrible customer (lack of!) service. They lied (“She did not have authority”) about me leaving with no further charges. Now I’m dealing with *********** & my credit card company. Who wants a hassle while on holidays? NOBODY! Rest assured, there are other fabulous places on Phu Quoc (try Sea Senses!) - just avoid Anna Beach Phu Quoc!!!!!

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The food at the restaurant is very delicious and full of dishes. The hotel is close to the beach and has a large swimming pool. Price includes breakfast and fresh juice to choose from. I will come back for the holidays.
