I arrived not expecting anything special, considering the price of 360k, and found myself in a brand new resort, almost empty (off-season, March-April). The room is beyond praise. Everything in the room is new and well done, I especially liked (and helped in business) the huge Android TV. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, as is the shower itself. The Internet flies, stable 300/300 Mbit via a 5 GHz network. The beach is super, the sand is crunchy! It is 2-3 minutes away along the "Mediterranean" streets of the resort. There are a couple of options for eating relatively inexpensively, and a night market (not particularly inexpensive), but, of course, not such a variety of food as in the city. Three large swimming pools (2 were open), shared by the entire complex. The manager is very friendly, he provided a free bicycle, on which it is easy to ride 3 km to the neighboring resort Sonasea, there are more people there. If you don't rent a motorbike/car, but want to go further, it's not a problem either - there is a final stop for electric bus 19 nearby, which takes you to the airport, to the city, and further north for free without transfers (they go every one and a half to two hours, but they leave on time from the final stop and can be tracked via the Vinbus app). In general, I liked it so much that I planned to spend a week in Fukuoka (the first time) + on two different beaches, and in the end, after 4 days, I stayed here for another two weeks, at a weekly price (there is also a monthly one). And I will most likely come again, in the off-season.
