Great location, great view of the city and a show from the window. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, but all the items in the kitchen are not clean enough and are quite worn out. The floors in the rooms and on the balcony are dirty, the furniture on the balcony is all dusty, there is hair in the bed, the towels are stained. The robes and slippers stated in the description were not provided. In general, the apartment and the residential complex are good, the decoration and equipment are excellent, only its condition and dirt upset me. I think that the cost of the room does not correspond to the quality of services. We spent a long time looking for the agency through which we booked the room, the voucher does not indicate in detail where it is located, we walked around the building three times until we found it.

It was a pleasant stay.
I got a sea view even I haven’t booked sea view room. It was an awesome surprise 🤓
The room is spacious with a nice balcony having a sitting area. But what I liked more was a BED!
I moved from another Accor hotel on the north of the island ( Movenpick) and the beds are in both hotels are the same- Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows. I slept like a baby and woke up without any pain in my back.
Not all hotels have such good pillows and soft beds in Asia. For me that’s very important to sleep on a good bed as I have neck and spine issues.
The breakfast is really good and has a lot of choice of Vietnamese, Indian, western options.
Swimming pool is soooo big and cool! Even has bar in the pool and small aqua park.
Hotel located at the one of the most beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc, the colour of the water is so turquoise and the sand is white. Little palm forest on the beach has a good sun protection, you don’t even need an umbrella 😇
On the western coast of Phu Quoc, our Amalfi Coast-inspired hotel overlooks a private beach with excellent sunset views. We’re a five-minute walk from Phu Quoc Cable Car and Hon Thom Departure Terminal. Dozens of cafes, restaurants, and attractions are within three kilometers, and we offer two pools and four restaurants and lounges on site.

Excellent hotel — perfect for families.
The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great pool, excellent breakfast, and good service overall. One nice surprise was the pickleball courts, which weren’t mentioned in the description — a fun bonus!
There were many families with children during my stay, so it definitely feels more like a family-friendly hotel than a couples’ getaway. Still, the overall experience was fantastic.

First the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic.
The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok

Overall, this hotel is good!
Pros:
- peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation.
- Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter.
- Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available).
- 2-king sized beds, great!
- Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance.
- It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast.
- Free minimal water for refill.
- Welcome drink and fruit at room
- free bike rental
Cons:
- the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel.
- Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time!
- I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary!
- Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower…
- Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

We spent five nights here, and definitely will comeback. First we arrived earlier than the check-in time so they gave us towel card to spend time at the pool and beach area their pool and beach area is amazing the private beach has enough space for everyone pool also huge with restaurants (they said we can also do the same thing after check out if we need wait for our flight time)
The breakfast was soooooo AMAZING so many options, my favorite there was their noodles bar with different kinds of noodles every morning I was there 🤩
I requested for high floor and I got the top floor 😍great view with the ocean and the forest 🌳 the room is spacious and clean, tub is huge and they got everything I needed.
Their chocolate hour is a bit busy but not too bad, everyone can enjoy.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
People sometimes complain about food options from the restaurant and how remote the hotel is, we have no problem with that we usually grab to eat and watch Netflix in the room, also there is a really good restaurant and convenience store at the main gate you can go back and forth with the buggy, for getting around the island we use grab and it really affordable 👍🏼

We had a fantastic stay at Movenpick Villas and Residences Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Jelin and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful connecting room—perfect for our group.
The service throughout our stay was excellent. A special shoutout to Dennis at the Sky Breakfast, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome each morning.
One of the standout features was the buggy service provided by Huy and Dat. It was not only prompt and efficient during regular hours but impressively accommodating even after the scheduled times.
Truly a great experience from start to finish—we can’t wait to come back!

Stayed in Building B, Deluxe Suite Ocean View, 3rd floor. The room was indeed beautiful and comfortable, but starting from 9 or 10 AM, extremely loud music with heavy bass made it impossible to sleep.
We had already paid for the airport transfer when booking. Before checking in, we communicated via messages that we would be changing hotels after checkout and not leaving Phu Quoc. (I thought we could take the shuttle to the airport and then head to our next hotel ourselves.) However, they insisted that I provide a flight number to arrange the shuttle. Later, they told me to arrange the timing with the front desk upon check-in.
When I checked in, I asked the front desk if we could be dropped off at our next hotel instead of the airport since it was along the way. They said OK, and there was no need to arrange the time in advance—we could confirm it on the checkout day. However, it turned out they were referring to the free VinBus, not the hotel's paid shuttle service that I had already paid for. The front desk staff at check-in completely misled us, and as a result, we were unable to use the hotel shuttle.
We noticed that the door lock kept beeping, and our keycard couldn’t open the door. We asked a hotel staff member to report the issue, assuming it would be fixed by the time we returned. However, when we got back at night, the problem was still there. I had to walk to the front desk again, and it seemed like no one had addressed our request, meaning it had been completely ignored. Finally, they helped us enter the room and told us the door lock battery was low and could only be fixed the next day.
We ordered room service for a late-night snack, but by early morning, I had diarrhea, and my girlfriend was vomiting. I was left completely drained and unable to continue our itinerary. When we reported this suspected food poisoning incident at checkout, the front desk simply said, ”Okay, we will pass on the message,” and that was it. No apology, no compensation.
Only the exterior looks five-star, but everything else fails miserably.

Lovely Stay, But Some Improvements Needed
We stayed at a villa with our family and had a generally good experience. The villa itself was very spacious, which was perfect for accommodating our group comfortably. However, it’s worth noting that the property felt a bit old and could benefit from some updates to make it feel more modern and fresh.
In terms of value for money, it was okay—. The pricing was fair for the space we got.
The hotel staff were very nice and tried their best to be helpful, which we truly appreciated. However, a challenge we encountered was the language barrier. Many of the staff couldn’t speak even basic English, which made communication difficult at times. Despite this, they were always friendly and eager to assist however they could.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both the villa’s condition and the staff’s language skills.

GGuest UserGreat, great, great, great! I decided to come to Vietnam at the last minute, and Ctrip happened to have a hotel package, so I chose this one blindly. The hotel contacted me to arrange a pick-up at the airport. I arrived at the end of the alley at night. I couldn't see clearly at night, but it felt very quiet.
It was great in the morning! French architecture, small and elegant, not many rooms, but the public areas are very attentive! There are lush greenery all the way to the beach. The sea in Phu Quoc Island is clean and comfortable, with few people and quiet. The hotel's restaurant is so beautiful, with French architecture and French interiors, and the breakfast is exquisite and delicious. It can't be praised enough. I forgot to take pictures of the room. The main color is yellow, the decoration is purple, the French balcony, the bed curtains around the bed, and the wooden shutters. I really like it so much😘!
Super recommended! Phu Quoc Island is also a relaxing, comfortable and cost-effective travel destination!

The swimming pool is absolutely stunning, face to the sea, with an unforgettable sunset in the evening. You can dine at the restaurant face to the beach. GGuest UserBuffet and dinner in hotel with reasonable price , we stayed for 5 nights in both seawview and city view room with good environment. Tried massage in hotel , the staff are nice but I like Thai massage more as the staff is not so professional. Shuttle bus for transportation to or return from hotel is good. However, only 2bottles of water supplied everyday, charged if u want more bottle of water which is not so good experience.
CConradLOur families with young children stayed for 5 nights at this resort. The road outside the resort was flooded (probably due to poor drainage) so our taxi refused to drop us at the entrance and we had to walk through the bushes carrying our heavy suitcases to get into the hotel ourselves- terrible experience. But I suppose it wasn’t the hotel’s fault except that the flooding problem seems to be persistent throughout our stay.
Other than the above incident, the stay at this hotel was pleasant and staff was helpful and polite. However there were quite some ants inside our room and we had to keep the place very clean to avoid getting more ants. The renovation was nice and comfy and amenities quite new. Massage was good. Recommended overall.
YYeI traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks.
I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier.
What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~)
Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content.
The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected.
It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy.
We plan to visit again!
CCurious Ape1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent”
2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox
3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office
4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then
5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge)
6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower
AAgent WillThe room is clean and tidy, but i dont like the glass wall of the bathroom. If the TV has the built in Netflix, that would be fantastic
Facilities
Gym room is small, with limited equipment. But i guess it is fine, as not many people were there during my stay
swimming pool and beach
There are two and both are good. there are always some staff cleaning the pool, so i am not worried about the water quality. Beach is right next to the hotel and water activities are there for you to choose
breakfast is good, with lots of choices. we were asked to have breakfast in the function room as they said the restaurant was full. i could imagine the hotel was fully booked that weekend
Hotel provides airport pickup and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The price is higher than other local brands, and you can see the difference from the service quality.
One more thing, the night market is just opposite to the hotel and this one is clean and tidy.
Definitely i will stay in this hotel again

GGuest UserWe arrived very late on the day. The children are very happy when enter the room until there is one room the air-con is broken and on top of that one of the bed have sand inside. The worst is day after the room service the other bed have sand and they only make bed don’t change the bedding for the room service.
The some of the new towels smell of smoke, so becareful when using them. I think just my room I come across like 3. But I don’t know about other.
Room service will take 1 hr which is quite standard.
The water from the villa maybe is from a tank above the building, I constantly can smell and taste mud from the water, and hot water will run out it everyone use the shower at the same time.
There is an accident that they sent us to wrong breakfast area, which is fine but they don’t immediately sent us back to the right one, and let us wait for another buggy.
Hair conditioner is run out just after 3 nights (one 1 used it, which mean they didn’t check up and refill)
Generally the hotel quality is around 3 stars. However their room services respond very fast. They fix the aircon overnight (even is quite noisy but I think they should make sure the room is okay before the guest arrival) They come in very quickly if you request towels/water. Just the quality is not 5 stars. If you don’t ask them they will not provide you. As for bedding I think they come with sand that why even the replacement still have sand.
NNomuundari EThe room was spotless. Watching the sun set over the ocean was a highlight of my stay—it was simply stunning! The hotel’s location, right on the beach, made it easy to enjoy the sea anytime I wanted.
Dining at the on-site restaurant was also a treat.

GGuest Userloved their property with all trees and flowers + cute pool and beach in front, wooden house and stone bath tub.
but the service was kinda slow. There was a long wait at the reception to get response from them when I had trouble and complain about it. communication did not go smoothly, many local staff don’t speak english, plus food does not tasty at all include breakfast and hotel restaurant for the dinner. not many option for vegetarian.
prepare repellent at night, if you wanna sit at the terrace or open area at the restaurant.
