Was very impressed with the interior and architectural of the property, service is also attentive. However the 2 big let downs of our experience were 1. Insufficient parking space 2. Weak shower power As i arrived the hotel after dinner and was told by the guard to park of the side road temporary until the space is available. I just believe that hotel prioritized parking space of diners over the residents. They should manage it better next time round. I had to park my car by the side road which is dangerous until i ll be called upon to move the car after the diners have left the property. It is not at all convenient for us. Secondly, shower water power is very weak and heating system is not very stable.

Charming and rustic. Host was nice; he made an effort to check in on his guests and we had a wonderful conversation with him. Breakfast was very good; besides the usual butter and toast, we had their local 'kuehs' of banana in glutinous rice and fritters. They arranged a Tuk Tuk with a driver who spoke some English to take us around. Charges were reasonable. Massage was available but the room for massage had no air con as it had broken down so the experience was not so favorable. It is also not easy to get around unless u have transport.

This is a family run homestay/Airbnb by a Thai/German retired couple. Owner assisted us to book a tuk tuk for B$1000 for half a day usage to visit the temples and etc for 2 days. Room was clean enough with towels and etc. Rooms are like resort style so really comfortable. Breakfast was not included but may arrange with the owner the day before for a fee if required. Owner is very friendly and shared with us where to go and what to see around Ayutthaya with we really appreciate it. Location is not near the town centre so must take a taxi or tuk tuk. Overall we are happy with our stay.

I came to work and slept at a fair price, so I didn’t bring many things, air-conditioner, transparent TV, water heater, good towels, shower gel, shampoo, 2 bottles of water, key insurance premium 100 per room, when can I get the wifi back, I don’t know Is there a hot spot in all private, not a restaurant here, good service, no noise, parking space, next to the river, nice view. But arriving late for work and leaving early, there is no time to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
