Traveled with family and booked for 3 nights. When I first arrived in Ayutthaya, I wanted to return for 2 days when I grabbed and arrived at the hotel. I only stayed for one night. Because Ayutthaya is small, it doesn't make much sense to stay for a long time, and the hotel is located on the outskirts of Ayutthaya, so the transportation is inconvenient. After moving in, I found that this paradise has a unique cave, dense plants, natural ecology, and the stilted buildings are very characteristic, one house by one, with enough space and privacy. In addition, there are hammocks and pavilions by the river for relaxation and daze. One day stayed in the hotel without going out. The restaurant is convenient if you have a choice. After all, the traffic is really inconvenient. You have to sit for about 20 minutes to get to a crowded place!

We only stayed for one night, but this hotel had everything we needed. The rooms were large and clean, and included a kitchenette with large fridge. The bathroom had both a tub and separate shower. There is an ironing room on the 16th floor with an iron and ironing board to iron your clothing. The 16th floor also has a beautiful pool (with heated jacuzzi) and fitness centre. We had dinner and breakfast and it was all quite good. The egg station at the back was quick and the food was good. This hotel seemed quite popular with golfers, as we saw several checking in while we were there. It is conveniently located with a shopping mall across the street, and a small food night market down the road. Accessing both requires crossing the road using one of the above-road pedestrian walkways.

Stayed Two nights from 21/09/22 to 23/09/22 Located within close proximity to the ruins of Ayutthaya, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. I stayed in room 14 which was a double room access from the side of the main building. It was a fairly nice room for the price however there was no safe or fridge. The double bed was also only a mattress on the floor so there was that risk of bugs and ants making their way on to the bed itself. The gardens are a nice place to sit and have a drink however you will need to stop by a shop to pick something up as there is no bar or drinks fridge. Overall it is a nice budget place to stay. if you like luxury, it probably isn't for you however if you want something a little different, which is cheap, clean and well kept, I would highly recommend.

On my check-in process ( at 14.00), I have been told that my 2-booked rooms are not ready to stay so I went outside for city tour until 17.00. What happened when I came back, I had still to wait for room cleaning, but I give pressure to receptionist to find one room first for my mom to relax then I got one room. Until 18.15 I come back again to receptionist to ask for another room, you know what answer I got is that the receptionist STII. DO. NOT. KNOW. WHEN. I. CAN. GET ANOTHER ROOM. BY now as to hotel like centara chain that has managed a lot of hotels nationwide, such a situation can be handled and solved easily in more professional skill. So I phoned to hotel and talked to front office manager and informed of my story, the manager just say same. SORRY, but I do not want this word , I need the manager to clear my long-story problem, so the manager ask for 5 minutes to look into my problem. After that I have finally got room at 18.45. What doubt me a lot, if hotel do not have good management team to serve guest during festival period, why you open hotel in this period. Hotel should know well that new year is yearly big festival so you should have well-organized management with skillful staffs, not staffs that can say only S O R R Y, but cannot do anything like answering machines. What make me big disappointed is that I have never wait for one room for so so long time like this time, it should not ever happen to over-standard hotel chain like. CENTARA. Dear Thailand Traveler, While in Thailand, you may decide to make a stopover in Ayutthaya Province, which is one of the historic capital cities of Thailand. If you do, you may think about a stay at The Avail hotel. First, let me tell you that The Avail will not satisfy the needs of those seeking 5 star accommodations. Having said that, if you are seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to enjoy an evening or two while in Ayutthaya - you will be very satisfied checking into The Avail. What I found so satisfying about The Avail is that everything works, and works well. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is hot, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work...does, and this is something that I cannot always say about even the most expensive places. Moreover, the staff is friendly, the price is right (900 THB/night), and the location is near historic ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. You cannot write a review and say only good things, so here is the best I can do to say something somewhat critical. There is no coffee or coffee cups in the room, but there is a hot water pot. On the bright side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby with both. I am sure if you asked to take coffee to your room, they would be most happy to oblige. One more comment, I did not see a strong box in the room to store valuables. All and all - a very good find. Best/Kevin

I stayed here for five nights on the final leg of my 2022 north-south road trip. Many of the guest houses in this neighborhood are still closed, this hotel was one of the only options I could find in this area. This is a pretty typical Thai/Asian-style city hotel. Behind the hotel, they have another building that is similar to a motel in the US. This is where I stayed. From the outside, it looks good, but the rooms are very basic with few amenities. Again, typical of a budget hotel that would cost 500 THB in another part of the country. At a walk-in rate of 790 THB, I thought the room was overpriced. On a positive note: the air conditioning, hot water, and refrigerator worked well and it was very clean. There is sufficient, on-site parking for those who self-drive.

Sala Bang Pa In is a very photogenic hotel, several areas in the hotel are amazing for Instagram lovers. The Rooms are modern and tasteful, the common areas are classy and beautifully designed. The hotel is situated on a river with water running past both sides of the hotel giving the feel you are on a private island. The hotel is set amongst low key, local neighbourhoods making it really stand out from its surroundings. The food and service were very good too!

Today I would like to review Baan Agong Riverside Homestay. I have to be honest that this is my first time booking for this trip to Ayutthaya. Overall is very good, good atmosphere, located along the Pa Sak River. It's a two-story wooden house, just like our dream house😂. The surroundings are shady, mixed in Thai and Chinese style. We like that it's very close to the train station. Walk into the alley for a moment. The auntie who takes care of me is lovely and gives a lot of information. I would say that the room is a fan room where we are. It's a shared bathroom. It's really suitable for relaxing. Because he stops using his voice after 10 p.m., let's just say there's not much to explain. Come to Ayutthaya, you must try staying here.
