My first visit here, and I was absolutely captivated! I'd spent three days searching for accommodation in Ayutthaya, and despite reading more negative reviews than positive ones for this particular place, something about its charm (or the lovely owner) simply drew me in. And honestly, it completely erased any negative perceptions I had! This place is truly exceptional. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff are always cheerful and ready with a bright smile. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, the air conditioning works perfectly (so refreshing!), and the evening ambiance is just delightful. Even the restaurant out front serves fantastic food. This stay felt incredibly warm and welcoming. I can confidently say that if I return to Ayutthaya, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. I'll definitely be back soon! ❤️

Boutique Hotel with basic toiletries only towel and shampoo provided. Room is clean. Car park is small do expect to double park your car there is a guard to help you with that. Walking distance to night market and local breakfast spot

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The hygiene is very good and very clean. Then we met a French lady and a Japanese lady when we were traveling! The breakfast at the hotel was also very nice, the staff was very friendly, um, this trip was very happy, and the location of this hostel was also very good and very convenient.

A very unusually decorated guesthouse, located 2 minutes from the temples. The friendly hostess will tell and help with any question: from a boat ride to bus tickets to Bangkok. And although breakfast is not indicated on the card, it will be waiting for you in the morning: toast, muffins, fried/boiled eggs, tea/coffee and bananas - quite enough until lunch. The only thing that was missing was good water pressure in the shower, but such are the realities of a flow-through heater. And there was only one towel per person, I would have liked more for hands and head. There was no closet in our room, only one hook with 4 hangers on it. Overall, I recommend this guesthouse for the atmosphere and location

Perfect location, literally just in the right spot for this city. Close enough to train station and right next to all the main templates, literally in front of the entrance to one of the most iconic one. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Ayutthaya illuminated by the morning sun. It was truly amazing. I was lent a bicycle and had a great time riding along the road between the two ruins.
