Excellent value for money. Very popular restaurant and bar with local musicians 200m away, turn left at car park entrance and walk to Sevenseas. Not a big place. River views in a clean down-to-earth older style room is a fine base from which to head out. We didn't dine at hotel so cannot comment. Staff are lovely, as is usually the case in hotels in Thailand. Our second visit. Will come back. Loads of convenient parking. Train Station very near.

Beautiful location, affordable prices, stunning wooden houses nestled among mature trees. There are many points that make you amazed. Collecting valuable antiques for guests to admire. Spacious area The rooms are suitable and beautiful, but the disadvantages of a large wooden house with many The room is if the person staying on the upper floor or on the same floor, if you're not careful, it will cause noise to disturb other rooms.
The food is arranged appropriately.
There is a wifi signal but cannot connect. You should check.

The hotel is located in the centre of town very close to the bar street, Amporn Mall, the KFC and 711! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a huge awesome pool to enjoy during the day. The room is comfortable and basic. Tuk Tuks are available outside the hotel for your transport needs. A 15 minute walk or quick Tuk Tuk ride will get you to the famous ruins of the Buddha in the Tree and Wat Mahatat.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were all professional and kind. The room was immaculate with a nice view overlooking the river. I had breakfast at the buffet and the food was great with a large variety of salad, meats, bread, cereals and other breakfast items.
The only downside (it’s not really a problem, just a heads-up) about my stay here is the free water given in the room tastes quite bad. I opted to drink one of the bottles of water for which I had to pay 50 baht.
I thank the staff at the hotel for this excellent service and would recommend everyone to stay here.

Most important thing is the customer service! They are so lovely and helpful. I arrived early in the morning and they let me keep my stuff on a table and use the restrooms/terrace. Same when I had a late train when I left, they even told me to keep the towel in case I wanted to shower during the day.
The hotel is very nice, like an old school wooden house. It's sooo close to the station and to the boat service to cross the river. They also have a beautiful kitty.
Just let them know if you have a problem with steep stairs so they can give you a room on the first floor because going upstairs can be a little slippery and steep. Also let them know in advance (the day before) if you need to get your laundry done.
I got a room with a fan and shared bathroom and it was always clean and also not too hot in the room.
Bring a blindfold if you can't sleep easily with light because the curtains don't cover much the light, but hey! You're in a beautiful place, waking up early is okay 🤣😁 I would totally recommend this hotel and will go back if I pass through Ayutthaya again. Oh, and don't miss out on their sunset boat tour!

It's an apartment type, clean, well maintained, no mosquitoes, good tour of nearby ruins, not far from the bus terminal, and most of all quiet. For those traveling alone, it is highly recommended as a place to rest cheap but comfortable.

I stayed here with my family. It's located right next to the Ayutthaya ruins and can be reached on foot.
It's built like a good old Thai mansion, and it was a fun experience that was different from a business hotel. The air conditioning worked well, so we had a comfortable stay.
For breakfast, we chose from a variety of menu items and had it made, but it was plentiful and delicious. They even made sure we were full (lol).
The owner was always smiling and very comforting.

It was the best experience. The host and staff of the inn were very kind. The room was clean, luxurious and had everything. When I woke up in the morning, I saw Ayutthaya illuminated by the morning sun. It was truly amazing. I was lent a bicycle and had a great time riding along the road between the two ruins. I stayed with my parents who are 75 years old. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.
