The room was very dirty, the sewer was blocked, there were ants all over the toilet and the bed. I was bitten all over and had to go to the hospital. I checked out overnight. The clerk was indifferent, arrogant, and indifferent. If it's not pet-friendly, I wouldn't go there even if you paid me. So, please beware of thunder

The superior room we stayed were quite dirty with dead flies, spider webs and lots of dust etc. It is clear that it hasnt been cleaned properly for ages! The walls are super thin so there is a constant noise coming from upstairs ( people walking, talking, flushing toilet) and also from the wall ( I assume from AC) It makes impossible to sleep if you have a light sleep. The bathroom definetly needs a paint. There is no soap in the bathroom. When I asked for some, I was told to use shower gel instead.

It’s a nice place for the relation price-commodities, kind staff, a place with sofas to relax and free bikes. It’s in the center so you can walk to temples/night market or take grab for a cheap price . The room is simple and small with an air conditioner but a bit dirty, blankets were kind of yellow and the bathroom is private but separated from the room (inside building) It’s a good place to spend 1 or 2 nights (it’s enough for Ayutthaya)

The location is very close to major attractions, also close to eateries and most importantly the staffs and host are super friendly and helpful. Last but not least - it is very close to night market ( a must for local cuisine)

Very friendly owner. The bungalow we had was clean, had a good AC and a big bed. Not luxurious but comfortable. We were able to store our bags, take a shower, and use their bikes for free even after checking out. Would recommend if you are looking for a nice, quiet authentic place to stay in Ayutthaya. Within walking or biking distance of most of the big temples. Make sure to leave your bin outside if you don't want ants in your room.

Very nice staf, cute little room with everything you need. They did their best to make it look like a jungle. Would recommend. And you dont need a alarmclock, cause the birds in the trees will wake you up in a positive way. Also, the owner is very kind and will help you with anything.

Very good location close to the temples. Very pleasant bungalows with garden and very quiet. Provision of bicycles by the hotel free of charge and very appreciated. The owner always available and very pleasant. Close to the center, restaurants and night market

Very quiet place, with a caring host. So much kindness. Pom advised us on nice places to visit. He booked us a tuk tuk. It was wonderful. Pleasant room. We spent one night there, but how quiet it was knowing that its hotel is near Wat Maha That (Buddha face in the tree). Small family hotel, with a magnificent garden. Small cakes, tea and coffee are available. So nice! Once again a very big thank you Pom!!! A fridge in the room would be a plus. Anne and Julien (the little French ones)
