The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to Ayutthaya Historical Park but pretty far from the airport. Very clean. Would love to have supplies of hand towels, toothbrush and toothpaste. Quite a number of eateries in the vicinity, the best being a cafe called Spring which serves yummy croissants and coffee.

Had a lovely stay at this guesthouse. Lovely place, fantastic rooms and service. Overall would highly recommend!

The room is very comfortable, but it is not walkable. You will need transportation.

Accommodation with good atmosphere I like the decorations like being at home. The welcome was very good. There is a smoking area in front of the room. My girlfriend likes this. The staff are smiling and confirm that the security guard will find a parking space for them. The room is clean, the big bed is extremely comfortable.

The hotel environment is quite good, very close to the bus station and Wat Mahathat.

Cozy little guesthouse with wonderful staff. Very clean room. Great location. Very safe space. I felt at home immediately. Joy was super helpful with everything and made my stay so sweet. I can recommend this place if it suits your budget but believe me, it's worth it.

Great value for the price. Hotel located in the old city of Ayutthaya that has spacious and super clean rooms. New air conditioning and very large double bed. To mention something, the shower does not have much pressure. Highlight Nuna, always friendly and with a smile.

This really looks so nice when you walk in! Staff are so friendly! In the room there was a hook for your mosquito net right above the bed, which we found very nice. But there is also air conditioning and there are *****s between the doors to prevent mosquitoes from getting in at all. The room was nice and spacious, there was plenty of room to put your bag and the bathroom was very good! Finally, you could borrow a bicycle and receive a map showing where you could cycle to.

We stayed here for 1 night. The owner is very sweet and is always ready to help you with a smile. She arranged a boat tour for us and also arranged our transportation several times (for little money). The rooms are in tip top condition: large bed with super soft blankets (the towels were also remarkably soft). The room is cutely decorated and everything you need is available. The B&B is very charming and full of character. You can also rent bicycles for 50 Bath per day. It is fun to cycle between the old temples, but in Ayuthaya city itself I would not immediately recommend it (very dangerous...)

Small, quiet guesthouse-type hotel while being close to the center. Very warm welcome from Nuna who runs the establishment and can efficiently advise you and organize visits, transport etc. Rent bikes, a good way to visit the old town which is extensive. Excellent value.

How lucky we were to stay in this hotel for a few days. Disappointed by an agency which took our money without booking the trip and left us "on the road", this peaceful little corner was able to put us back on our feet. Thanks to the kindness of the owner of the place, the staff and their friends who showed immense kindness, we were able to continue our beautiful trip. We will never know how generous these people were to us. In addition, the hotel is absolutely charming, the rooms very spacious, decorated with great finesse, impeccably clean, well located with excellent restaurants nearby. Joy offers a Tuk Tuk service to carry out all the visits, to do with your eyes closed because this woman is extraordinary! It’s a little corner of paradise in short! Thanks again to all of you!
