The location is great, 3 minutes walk from train station. The hotel look shabby and may need some renovation. The cleanliness inside the room is good. Amenities are sufficient. Sad thing is the hotel rooms do not face parallel to the river but perpendicular. Which means you won’t see sun set from the citadel side. Services are good.
However, room may need to improve regards sound protection. Could hear dogs barking all night even I stayed on 7th floor. Aircon in the room kept making noise. May need to check.

It’s a budget hotel so better not to get your hopes high. Stay is okay - not amazing. Room was clean but lacked much amenities. Better to carry your own room slippers.
The location is decent. There’s a few small markets nearby.
The room is pretty old. Bed was clean but not cozy. 😔 and the AC cold air blows right on to the bed making it difficult to sleep. 😖
View from the room is “okay”. We stayed on the top floor - 8th, and had a partial river view.
Overall, manageable for a budget stay.

We stayed ine night to discover Ayutthaya and the Location for that was perfect. There is the train station and a ferry to cross to the old town in short walking distance. The staff was very kind and helpful and the hotel was clean.

The front desk staff are very warm and welcoming. Spacious room with beautiful river view. Enjoying our well-prepared breakfast at the patio facing the river.

The hotel location is very convenient, we had the riverside room which nice & quiet & we saw boats and activities on the river.

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the train station. Walked to the train station pier and paid 10 baht to go across the river to a very big morning market.

Excellent value for money. Very popular restaurant and bar with local musicians 200m away, turn left at car park entrance and walk to Sevenseas. Not a big place. River views in a clean down-to-earth older style room is a fine base from which to head out. We didn't dine at hotel so cannot comment. Staff are lovely, as is usually the case in hotels in Thailand. Our second visit. Will come back. Loads of convenient parking. Train Station very near.
