I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the central shopping mall. The room was beautiful with a big window that let in lots of natural light. However, the bathroom cleanliness could have been better. Otherwise, a great experience!

Really enjoy our time at this hotel. The room is clean, super comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious.

Overall, Centara is the nice hotel for families to stay overnight. Thank for making our family trip memorable, especially your big surprise. Four pieces of cake!!! This is super cute. We did appreciate for what you did for us. All are perfect and amazing, but one thing that Centara needs improvement is breakfast. Although you show the period of time that clients can have breakfast quickly without delay, I think you should provide the space for clients. The management is not impressive. More staff are needed.

Nice hotel with new facilities. Coffee shop downstair is a famous brain. Quite crowded. And the room is not sound proff

We only stayed for one night to break up drive from Sukhothai to Hua Hin so didn't get to enjoy much of the hotel. But the room was lovely. We will definitely come back and stay here again!
