Loved hotel but my bfvcheated with a paid girl from the street I caught them there was hortibkecwhybso many hooked there otherwise beautiful

Had booked our room on booking.com and received a confirmation number. Two women at the counter and it took both of them to take care of one customer. So I waited and when I gave them my name and confirmation number they said I wasn't in the system. I've heard this happening from other reviewers at other hotels. We ended up paying more for a smaller room. Although the room was satisfactory, it was run down and some might call it ”a dump”. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bit of road noise but solid walls and halls quiet. Area seemed ”sketchy”. There were homeless men in the street and on sidewalk. We discovered a tent camp next to the parking lot. Not the best area but we felt safe. I just can't recommend this hotel and will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again. I'd say this was okay if you're looking for a budget hotel, but we didn't pay a budget price. Stay away!!

Family of 4 here for baseball spring training. Room was double queen, good size. Beds were comfortable, shower has very good pressure! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very nice big heated pool. Breakfast buffet was decent, had all the basics(eggs, bacon, sausage, toast). Hotel bar open until 10.

The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese.

We were here for a business meeting. Our room was nice, clean and had everything that we needed. The gardens are well kept and the area is easily walkable. The room had a fridge, safe and microwave. The bed was comfy and there was a nice leather chair and ottoman to use. My Only complaint would be that there was trash sitting in front of our room when we arrived (5:00 pm) and was still there until afternoon the next day. Each day there were sugar and creamer packets and coffee cup lids on the grounds in many places throughout the resort. We had a few receptions and the staff could not have been any more attentive. They did an amazing job serving drinks and food. They were on top of the cleanup also. Job well done. We did have a pre-order luncheon one day also. That meal did not seem as well executed. It took over 45 minutes to be served our meals. The resort has some restaurants across the street that were walkable. The mall and Old Town Scottsdale are nearby also.

I enjoyed the stay ...it's getting better...accommodates well... and would stay again....

Love this hotel...it has everything in this little hidden gem of downtown PHX Bar=amazing and the staff too I am not a fan of swimming pools that's why their oasis water feature which is 18 inches of water with lounge chairs submerged is perfect to cool off in during the warm days of PHX I love events and meeting people they had so many events booked on my stay from comedy shows, live bands, DJs, and even do weddings and private catering events When I look for a hotel, I look for the fun things to do on property. Not somewhere I can get a good night rest...I'm on vacay so it better be a fun place and atmosphere! Rooms were fun and unique and the bunk beds are super comfortable too! Hands down the best place I've stayed at for awhile and staff super dope too!
