Unfortunately the property is run down, grungy with pet stained carpet, walls, floors (every room is a pet room) charged an extra $100 at check and still waiting on a refund. If I hadn’t already paid in full on *******, we would of left. Full odor in entire place kinda like a ****** trying to cover up the smell of something. Possibly will not use ******* again, this place should not be listed. The breakfast lady was wonderful, that gets 5 stars.

Place had decent reviews but upon check in staff is pretty un- helpful and entire property is run down and dirty. Our room was disgusting. The comforters had huge brown stains on them and holes throughout the bedding. Room was also not vaccumed and the mini fridge was disgustingly dirty with spills. Whole room you could tell had not been dusted in months. Staff could also care less about any concerns. Would never stay again. Way over priced for what this hotel is. Other guest we spoke too all said the same as to thier room cleanliness as well. Stay away from this place.

This property is fortunate to have the best breakfast attendant ever. She is so attentive. She make sure everything is clean hot fresh and well supplied in the breakfast room.

Good location. Staff were less than great. Had difficulty with TV and was asked to come down to replace controller. New controller was worse. Staff came up but was unable to solve the problem. Room had two double beds. One had a comforter and light bedspread. The other had only a sheet and a light bed spread. When asked to get another blanket initially brought a mattress cover not a comforter. Property needs updating and new or cleaned carpets in the room. Will not use this property again.

We weren’t given a blanket and when we asked for one, they handed us a ratty mattress cover, elastics on the coroners and everything. The beds are super hard and I often woke up with pain. Coffee provided in included breakfast was fine. I’m pretty sure they water down the little lotion bottles they provide, but I couldn’t prove that.

Had a good stay. The only complaint thay we had is that we were not able to key in to back door had to walk around to front door and then find out it didnt work to open room door. So had to go to front desk to get new key. It then happen again the next day.

The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The only reason why I didn’t give the staff full stars is because of housekeeping. For some reason every day they would come in while I was gone and do nothing but take the towels I had been using even if they were hung up for continued use. No new towels would be given. It’s a bit strange and certainly not eco friendly.
