This place is very disappointing the walls and the bathroom do not look clean also the doors and the paint.

Very poor service staff, it took half an hour to check in... The room is also very dusty, with cockroaches running around. Really not recommended, dirty and messy.

I stayed at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Phoenix Thomas Road on May 12th and at 11PM I discovered juvenile cockroaches under one of the beds in my room. After arguing with the front desk staff for nearly ten minutes, I was still required to pay 104.20 to stay in a cockroach-infested room for four hours. Not only will I never recommend any Wyndham property to anyone, I'll make sure they actively avoid them.

This hotel had the most inconsistent wifi I ha e ever experienced. When asking for the password attendant gives me the password and then say "Watch out it goes in and out ". I was flabbergasted at this point. However the internet was much worse than expected even after that comment. Dial up looked like superman compared to this. It was slow and I mean really really slow. And breakfast don't even go there what they offered was cheap muffins fruit if you were lucky enough and some basic cereal boxes and some times you e en got milk. But don't count on the cereal sometimes is was like houdini and did the vanishing act
