very smelly rooms
The room was super dirty. It's supposed to be a non-smoking room. It stank of cigarettes and had cigarette burns everywhere. I've been here for more than five days, and yet, they haven't received my deposit. They've been holding it for many days.

They refused to refund me for the stay when I couldn’t pay the $100 fee so I wasn’t able to stay.

Aweful. This was a motel for transients. There were absolutely no towels, toilet paper or kitchen ware. This was supposed to be an extended stay hotel.

The woman running the desk was amazing unfortunately the place was really rundown, furniture broken, walls/surfaces were dirty/stained/had holes and doors were beaten bent in and felt unsafe. We did not stay and did not touch the room. The woman at the desk refunded the deposit and tried helping us but the manager refused to refund me for the night stay.

Door is bent so it wouldn’t seal so you can hear the freeway and smoke entered the room. Both cigarette and *********. The room had Cockroaches. I went to the front desk and asked to switch room or have someone come spray. Neither thing happened. Not even a follow up from management. I would recommend staying somewhere else
