The unit was a step back into the 80’s. Unit had cracked floor tiles and very outdated. To be charged high rates for two nights is outrageous. Unit was on a very busy street. Spoke to front desk and received attitude. Asked twice for a supervisor to call me regarding the noise issue and the way i was treated. Actually had to ask front desk person why she was so antagonistic. To date no one contacted me.

Nice clean condo style units. Room darkening blinds, lots of nice dressers for stashing your belongings, beds were comfortable, room temp was nice in winter time. Little loud in downstairs BR if anyone in upper BR is moving around (upper BR is part of same unit mind you). Plenty of easy parking.

Nice and clean and the units were great with a great little kitchen. Even had a washer and dryer in the unit. Pool and amenities were excellent.

While well stocked on other things, it did not have body lotion (moisture) in the stock, not even for sale; It was a minor thing, but speaks poorly to the housekeeping.

The grounds are nice, the rooms need to be updated, they are dark and the beds are pretty uncomfortable with depression areas in the mid bed. I had a backache after the first night, after the second night my back was quite sore. I told the front desk and they did nothing.

The view from the upstairs was amazing. Having all the comforts of home and the mid-century resort feel was the perfect escape. You’re very close to city, but yet a world away.

Great location walk to Old Town (.75 mile) walk to Phoenician (.25 mile), nice hot tub, heated pool on site bar.
Cleaning of room was a roll of the dice as english communication was very limited. Room was large with 2nd bedroom upstairs, kitchen, and 1 bathroom. Front desk was very accommodating, and was massage and spa staff.
Restaurants to try Morley and Cotton, Olive and Ivy and Tommy Vs
Goid trip over all.

The villa was really nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the scheduled activities! Only issue was the inability to get a spa reservation.

Rooms have large jetted tubs, which is why I chose this location. Rooms do not have enough hot water to fill said bath. When I asked front desk their response was “just wait a little bit.” I waited an hour and then gave up. Couldn’t even take a shower. Wound up having to book another hotel to be able to shower.
You can feel this property’s frugality in its aged decor and rooms. Perhaps a little too frugal for guests
