Family trip
Quiet. Clean. Wonderful salt pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful coveted pool cabanas with music. New patio furniture with lounges and patio sets. Nice activities geared towards kids. It would nice to see adult activities as well. Older property could use updating. Beds are in the softer side. Air conditioning tapped out 72 degreees and it was still hot.i would recommend covered parking since soo hot out. Also front door has gaps all the way up door and on bottom. Small lizard got in and ended up in the guest shower.

Jetted tub in villas, monopole trail, putting green, excellent cable channels, friendly and knowledgeable staff, villas are well stocked with almost everything including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Friendly service makes a BIG difference to us, plus they were very helpful with our desires.

Liked the big rooms and full kitchen. The pool was in need of cleaning, we noticed some black stuff around the edge of pool in many spots.

This property is amazing and our villa was wonderful- roomy, quiet and deluxe with plenty of amenities at resort. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Camelback Stay.
The property is very, very nice. The room was beautiful and functional. Beds were comfortable. Charged a resort fee that was not expected.

Property was a good space and comfortable.
Very disappointed the Air Conditioning was set on 72. This made for a very warm rooms and hard to sleep. When discussing with management they said we should use the fan provided. I would expect this nice of a property to have AC down to at least 68 degrees. It was 110 outside.

It was ok. When we arrived there was a sink with standing water in it and a candy wrapper floating in it. Our bathroom door, that was a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom with another bedroom, wouldn’t close all the way, and it took us lifting the door to be able to lock it. It took about a minute and a half to be able to lock the doors. Cable didn’t work in the main living room. There was multiple people in and out all week trying to figure out the problem. The pool was good temperature. Everything was just OK. Probably won’t book again.
