Was a quick overnight Trip we decided on. Wanted to stay closer to where we had to go in Scottsdale but found out that this weekend they had a major gold tournament going on which made hotel accommodation s there mostly sold out or quiet expensive (shall we say weekend over priced?)
Had to find a good more reasonable priced place. Also one that doesn’t require a 2 nights stay as is so often the case on weekends. Place had good recommendations all around in comparison to others which prompted us to book it.
If there’s an improvement that should be made is pay more emphasis on your breakfast that’s included. Food to us is important regardless what type of hotel/motel it might be.
As a former chef (retired now) I look at these things. I realize that this is an expense that’s “free”, however feel not to provide prefab items. Especially pre scrambled eggs that are over cooked on top of it. No other choice either.
The rest is ok, can’t kill toast or similar bread items although some Gluten Free items would be good. Crisp hash brows should be available as well.
Don’t overdo it with serve items. I know it saves you labor and this of course is or can be another issue all together.
We rather see you charge a little more to offset this in order to have a better breakfast selection and experience.
Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf and indifferent ears by management or this opinion request is mute.
