WorldMark Phoenix - South Mountain Preserve

Furniture was a little outdated but everything worked well and was comfortable. We could go out our back door and hike the trails in the mountains.

The room needed some updates, the shower was slimy and got the bathroom floor very wet, and some of the blinds in the main bedroom were broken.

This "resort" is in a great location however the shortcomings of the property were numerous. It is actually a condo complex called a resort which if you travel with timeshare ownership you likely have come to expect. Both outdoor hot tubs at this location were out of order in one way or another; one had bubbles and working jets but no hot water and the other had relatively hot water but not working jets. The unit size was great, however the cleaning and maintenance flaws really ******. We arrived to a unit which was clearly older and were told that the units for exchange members were limited to those older units. There were burnt out lightbulbs, inside spider webs and a chrysalis above the entry door and the beautiful master bath jacuzzi tub did not work and the hot water heater was only able to muster enough hot water to fill it with tepid water. The TV was small and could not be cast to and did not have the ability to HDMI to it for a computer hook up and Worldmark charges you for internet access. We will try a different location next time around.
