Had a very comfortable stay while going to Fan Fusion! Easy, friendly check in and parking validation in and out(although I did forget the ticket to scan one day and had to go back up to my room, but that was my own fault). I did look over the reviews so I was aware of the parking and the separate building for the rooms, but did not have any issues walking to and from and parking was not as far as a lot of reviews made it out to be. My room was easy to find, right off the elevator, and I was able to turn the A/C down to where I needed it, and upon checkout, my incidentals fee was returned VERY promptly, which was wonderful and unexpected. I haven't had very many experiences with staying in hotels, so this was a great first time. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

No heat !! The room was impossible to get sleep, when I complained to manager .....I was told since I used your company to make reservations there was nothing ,HE could. So R/U the bad guys . I don't agree but what is a customer. Patrick Cunningham

Hotel was sort of run down and weathered. Location is horrible, there is nothing around Phoenix midtown in the way of restaurants, etc to walk to and nothing in the hotel.

It looks nice on the outside. But since there was low guest counts, they decided NOT to have the breakfast bar as advertised. My room looked old. I asked for room close to the elevators for my mom, we had to walk to the river and through the woods to get there. The room was disappointing and outdated. The toilet was running as we walked in the room. We had to put our hand in the back of the toilet and lift the chain to flush. In the middle of the night the mini fridge started humming. The lotion bottle in the bathroom was half empty. The shower had mold spots

Very happy with my stay Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown this past weekend. When I arrived the AC in my room wasn't working properly they sent someone to look at it that afternoon. It could not be fixed right away and I was offered a new room. They upgraded me to a King suite which was great! The room was very clean and had all the essentials I needed. I went down to the bar on Friday night and had dinner, the Bartender was very friendly and took good care of me! I finished my business early in Arizona and asked to check out early and had no issues at all! I was very happy with my stay and will definitely stay here again when I visit Arizona!

Poor value. The entire hotel feels quite dated. Room was standard fare but really low ceilings, loud A/C fan, poor/old window coverings, etc. Not worth what I paid per night!
