Full-sized formal dining room, separate laundry room with washer/dryer. Full kitchen with Bosch appliances. Grand piano in living room. DirecTV in master bedroom and living room. Wifi throughout. Full outdoor furniture set on patio as well as build-in barbecue grill. $95/day to heat pool/jacuzzi (opt). NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the property indoor or out. This includes cigarettes, tobacco, and marijuana. This is my primary residence, so some of my personal belongings will be present. Early check-in is only available if the house is not booked for the previous night. There is also a fee of $150 for early check-in.
