Operating Permit No: »STR-2024-004844 The Space: » Private backyard with large pool (heating optional for an additional fee of $80/day—min of 2 consecutive days) » Fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. » Smart TVs in the living room, all bedrooms, and near grill and hot tub. » Furnished with all the conveniences one would expect on vacation. » The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies. » Master bedroom features a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower, and a private exit to backyard. » A Queen sized bed can be found in both bedrooms 2 and 3. » A bunk bed with a Full sized bed on the bottom and a Twin sized bed on the top can be found in room 4. » Washer and dryer are also available for guests to use. Pool Heating: » During the summer the pool does not need additional heating, however during the winter months we recommend heating it. From now on, this is the house that I'll be renting whenever I travel to Glendale/Phoenix. The host was absolutely incredible and beyond accomodating. The house had so much fun stuff to do to keep the kids and adults busy. The pool was clean and refreshing. The location of the home was excellent with lots of great stores nearby all within a very safe neighborhood. Can't wait to stay there again!

Great Golf Trip Four guys on a golf trip to play and visit the Phoenix Open. This house was great fit for our group. It had plenty of room and the amenities were great. We just used the hot tub instead of the pool for this time of year.The location was very central to where we needed to be and the host was very communicative and I would recommend this home.
