This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I've ever had. I booked my stay with the virtual card version of my regular credit card (for safety reasons) and spent days going back and forth with their billing people via email because apparently they don't accept virtual cards (even though they definitely charged me the full amount). I then tried to change it to the number of the physical card and they charged me the full amount again. When I tried calling on Friday at 2pm PT, their billing people were gone, but she said they'll call me the next day. Well, it's the next day and I can't reach anyone. I've called multiple times, keep getting sent to a voicemail, and the rude lady even hung up on me when I told her to stop speaking over me and connect me to a living human. Do not book with these people.
