Global Ambassador is elevated, yet still very approachable. Great attention to detail. Wonderful food options. Fantastic views! Every team member plays their roles to the utmost. Uniquely built property…feels like you’re in Europe. Exceptional.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. My husband mentioned we were in town for my graduation ceremony and they gifted us a complementary bottle of rosé and treats. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely worth the money.

The staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. The room was beautiful, the fitness center was great, the dining options were wonderful, great concierge, very popular - the place was hopping with energy and the rooms were sold out when we were there.
