Locale Apartment Stay
The check in process was far too complicated for there do be no one onsite to assist. There should be one text or email that contains all information and access codes. The person in the unit above was exercising or jumping during my stay. The property is is a good location with a nice pool view.

Very comfortable accommodations and facilities such as pool and gym. Being a solo female traveler, I also appreciated the security of the building. Many restaurants close by.

Awesome apartment
Unless i missed it somewhere i think it should be better communicated before booking that youre actiallybstaying in a hirise apartment building and not a regular hotel. It was a bit difficult to get in and out of because there is no on site parking and there is no front desk in case you need help. But they were quick to help us with our issue upon arrival which was that we didnt get any instructions on how to check in or get keys. Once we received the info it was pretty easy to follow the instructions to get the keys. But we will book again as we now know whatbto expect.

beautiful Apt couple thing woud make it much better lack of storage in bedroom pleny of space to put a chest of drawers there a tv in bed room woild be nice
kichin well done and penty of coffee and tea bags but no sweeteners were there for tea and coffee sugar sweet and low that kinda stuff app and web site hard to use poor infor for parking for guest use thafully easy street parking si did not have to pay high gatage prices

The place was so comfortable and clean. It felt very homey and cozy and I loved that! So much more pleasant than staying at a hotel. Everything was very organized and the perfect space. Communicating was easy to do as well and very helpful!

A little mixed
First the good - this property has great outdoor spaces. The pool area is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. We were there at the end of March and the pool was never crowded. There is also a rooftop deck with lots of seating areas, gas grills, fire places and hammocks. It's a great place to enjoy the evenings. The bad - our unit was not cleaned very well and there weren't enough towels when we checked in. I sent a text to the number provided, but that number wasn't correct, which wasn't a huge deal, but annoying. I got an automated message directing me to another number. Management did respond very quickly and sent towels and housekeeping the next day (we checked in late at night so it wasn't practical to have them come that day). Housekeeping still didn't do a good job, but they left plenty of towels. I was really bummed about the cleaning, but overall, this is a nice property and we'd give them one more try.

We enjoyed our stay! We arrived after dark and the check in process was very detailed - had to read things a few times to get it all straight with an unfamiliar building, but we succeeded.
The amenities were great. The building was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
