Best Phnom Penh Spa Hotels

This place is very centrally located. It has a casino within the building and a basement walkway to Nagaworld 1. The walkway is lined with duty free shops. Breakfast is excellent with many choices. The only set back we had was our bedroom. Every 15 mins, it makes a loud noise like the air-conditioning is going to break down but we had a good view of the river. Overall, we love this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

This hotel was near the central market. Front desk staff were helpful. Complimentary airport pickup was great. Efficient. Reasonable breakfast choices. Airline crew stay here too.

The hotel is faily new and very clean. Also it is about 10 minutes away by TukTuk from river walk.Thus, far away from the noise and crowd. The surrounding area is being developed for business. Very safe since it faces the Minstry of Defence and the ally way to the hotel is a ristricted area because it is also house to many high ranking military officers( no kidding folks). Check out the amazing view from the roof-top pool.

Although staff were lovely the location was not great, it didn't feel very safe and there weren't very many close food options, tourist spots etc, you had to get tuktuks. The first night we were excited to use the beautiful (it really is) rooftop Restaurant and Bar, we picked 5 items, 4 of which were unavailable including a basic glass of red wine, everything else including cocktails we ever ordered in our 3 days was also met with 'we don't have that' it was very unfortunate because it was expensive too...otherwise we would have dined every day and had drinks multiple times a day. Cigarette smoke was smelled in the bathroom often from other rooms, our towels one day were replaced with ones that smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the bell every time a room is entered also got really irritating as we tried to nap during the day or early night. Would not recommend.

Stayed for the third time at this hotel in the space of 7 months! Love it so much, I keep coming back 😊 . As usual, friendly, amazing, efficient service from all staff starting at check-in and felt by all other staff members, especially cleaning, security and restaurant staff at Cloud 9. Reception staff are always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Cleaning is done well and daily. Room service and Cloud 9 staff are friendly and quick. Staff mostly speak English so not a difficulty at all communicating. Check in and out is so quick and easy! As always the pool is clean, quiet and well maintained. Room service and food at the hotel is top quality. Certainly, the spa is worth every cent and not that much more expensive than venturing out. Of course, you could get cheaper but the quality and environment at the hotel spa is truly serene, tranquil and top notch luxury! Convenient shopping and food a plenty around the hotel and close to the riverside. Though it’s located close to the red 🚦 light district, security is exceptional and the area itself is not dangerous (keep your wits about you and valuables close regardless). The only small drawback is the room lighting, although there are many lights, the yellow lighting can be quite dim especially around the sink area (ladies be warned, not so easy to apply makeup lol 😂) but this is a small thing. Overall, this remains my hotel of choice whenever in Phnom Penh! Thank you for yet another wonderful stay at your amazing hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace Gate Hotel & Resort. The location is perfect and the customer service was fantastic. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered was delicious and there was a nice variety to choose from daily. My son loved the pool. The hotel environment was relaxing which was much needed after being out during the day touring the city.

Great experience! Stayed here for one night and the service/view/staff here is excellent! Also the assistant reservations manager Tola is really helpful when I had some issue on the reservations. Will come back again! 这里的服务/环境/员工很好，预定上出了问题但是被很及时的处理了！很棒的居住的体验

Imagine tropical oasis meets concrete jungle. The hotel feels like a maze but in a good way. I had one of THE best massages I’ve ever had at the spa and loved ALL of their pools. You’re spoilt for choice. I wish I had more time to spend there.

Very nice staff, good bfast. Close to everything. About 10 min on tuk tuk and 20 minutes walk.

I would have given this hotel a 5* rating but be of the reasons we booked it was for the pool and sky bar; the sky bar advertised isn’t open and the pool doesn’t have towels or a bar. Also the coffee corner in reception is closed so we had to eat and drink elsewhere and spent little time there. It’s a shame because the staff were lovely from the receptionist to the cleaners. This has a more traditional interior which I like a lot and although Covid has obviously had an effect on their facilities, the place is clean and looked after. There is a really good view of Phnom Penh from the pool, worth a look when it’s all lit up. The location is great too. Bassac lane is within walking distance and it’s pretty much central to most attractions.
