Hotels Near Sina Company Co., Ltd. in Phnom Penh

When we went here, we were on a budget. We arrived at night, only to realise our card didn't work and they told us to pay the next day, giving us the first night for free. Now I don't know if this is standard procedure, but I was so grateful when it happened because it made me appreciate the staff more and the trust they had (of course I paid the next day if you were wondering!). We had no qualms, the room had everything we needed. Wifi was great, tuk tuks are everywhere and you could go places without it being expensive. If you're on a budget, I would recommend this place. It's clean and does the work. Ours was on the third floor and it was all stairs, which wasn't an issue for us because we only had light bags. If you're planning on bringing a heavy luggage, maybe you'd want to take that into consideration. Lovely stay, will recommend for cleanliness, and staff kindness.

Great stay in the heart of Phnom Penh. Wonderful pool, good breakfast, and dinner. Staff very friendly and promptly supporting us. Spa with all kind of treatment. Hotel amenities, and room, very clean, top service. Strongly recommended.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

going back to this city after 26 years is quite exciting so I chose a hotel near the city center. I booked City Centre Hotel via booking.com. I requested for airport pick up but no one picked me up even if I agreed with their taxi cost of 15 USD. I needed a taxi because I am going to an important meeting that same day. After my meeting, a friend dropped me off at the hotel and I found out that the hotel is located in a very busy street near bars and shops. Anyhow, I already booked. The reception told me to pay extra amount which I just paid because it is already around 8 pm and I needed to sleep. The room is very small with no exhaust and windows can not be opened. The pillow cases were stained and somewhat smelly. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful which made it better even if the hotel is not that great. After walking around the area, I found out that there are better options within that vicinity. So next time I will tray another hotel.

Excellent location for tourists and a very nice relaxing hotel. Pools are small but ambience are super nice, this hotel is like oasis in the desert. Very green & environmental friendly setting. Don’t miss out the rooftop bar, nice breakfast and spa treatment I guarantee it’s the best in town!

We went to Phnom Penh for business trip and decided to stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is great and convenient. Many restaurants and entertainment activities are available nearby. The only downside of this hotel was that the room is quite small. Everything else is good for me.

This place has the best view in Phnom Penh. Team is extremely nice and kind, bed is comfy, room is spacious and feels like a cool studio with microvawe and water dispencer. Breakfast is good. I havent had a chance to swim but pool is very cool. However it is full of cockroaches. If one person mentioned this in their comments i wouldnt stay at this hotel. Not just one or two. I killed 15 16 teenager and 5 baby cockroaches. Didnt have a chance to meet parents. A friend of mine was staying another room and he left the hotel earlier and said there were even cockroaches in his pillow. So sad cockroaches took over the place!

Staying in this hotel was completely impromptu: I used to stay in the Tribe post office square hotel next door, and the view was completely blocked by the high-rise building next door to the river, so I wanted to find a hotel in the next building to see the view😊. Stayed for two days and basically met my expectations. The front desk is on the roadside and the room is in the building next door. After check-in, you will be directed upstairs. The room is not big but clean and hygienic. The room has a balcony and the night view is acceptable. The supermarket downstairs is convenient for shopping, and it's not far from the palace area and can be walked. Let’s talk a little bit: 1. Breakfast is on the second floor of the front desk. It is an a la carte system. There are not many choices but it is very thoughtful and tastes good. 2. The room lacks a desk, which is very inconvenient for business trips. It is recommended to place a table on the other side of the bed. 3. The door of the shower room has a huge gap and water leaks outside during the shower. It would be better if the *****s were made wider.
