Certainl;y not the best, but I was happy for my one day stay here. and if in the same area, I would not hesitate to book here again. It was near the river and the staff were pleasant. and they allowed me to keep my lugage here waiting for my overnight bus journey starting in the evening.

Leo runs a first class hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights on two separate reservations, and had to switch rooms before our final night. My wife left some difficult to replace cosmetics in the first room, and didn’t realize until many hours later that she had left them. The staff went to great lengths to chase down those items and returned them to my wife. The loft is a great room and is worth the extra money compared to the most basic room. The balcony is very comfortable with a great view of the river, some even have large fans to help keep you cool. The room itself is very modern, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can tell that Leo put a great deal of thought into this place. It is the only place I will stay when I am in Phnom Penh.

Tooms are really chic loved it. Breakfast is surprisingly lacklustre there's no live stations seems more of a 3 star hotel buffet than 4. Coffee tasted like it was mixed with cocoa. My rooms Card Reader has issues every now and then the rooms electricity would just turn off then back on again weird. Gym is stacked well and the hotel pool covers a great view. Wouldn't recommend eating in cos prices are steep when there's restaurants all around. There's a security deposit of $50 which you can either substitute with your passport. Good stay but the electricity cuts out me off.

I stayed here with some friends back in February 2016. I have great memories. The coffee served at breakfast was the best I have ever tasted. I have been trying to remember the name of the Australian writer who stayed here to write a book about Cambodia. His boom is on sale in reception, and it was the staff who told us about him. Does anybody remember?

Good location, right next to the night market. The bar on the roof overlooks the Mekong River. Not far from the Grand Palace, Tashan Temple is within walking distance. Eat a lot around ~ When booking a room, pay attention to whether it is mixed, originally 4 people were booked but didn't pay attention and found that it was mixed. Had to change to 12 people, but the difference was not refunded.
