Great services and friendly staff at the hotel on all fronts. Areas for improvement are the cleanliness and hygiene particularly the restaurant areas. Room writing table with an adjustable height feature would be great too. Overall, it was a quiet, happy and pleasant stay. Hotel is worth recommending to friends with a competitive pricing and package.

Super beautiful hotel. Peaceful area, near to riverside (not walkable tho). I love the colonial design and super strong jasmine fragrance from lobby to lift. The hotel was very kind to upgrade me to presidential suite, me & my friend absolutely enjoyed the stay there. One thing to point out there is no fan in the entire unit, only AC, I kinda struggled abit to sleep due to that.

We travelled to Cambodia to visit family and needed to find somewhere in Phnom Penh that was different to a hotel as we have a 1 year old. The apartments are very comfortable and convenient. There is cleaning service daily and they offer you free drinks (soda, water and beer) as well as snack every day. You can also get a free coffee and pastry each morning. The room has all you need to cook which is convenient. There is an amazing rooftop with sofas, a pool and a very nice gym. The sunsets from there are fantastic. The staff was simply amazing. They were very welcoming, service minded and helpful, including the parking team - I could have never parked our SUV there without their help! We will be back there very soon!

Super clean rooms. The food at the restaurant was amazing every time I ordered a meal. So impressed and the staff was so helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist with anything. I will be back for sure.

Very satisfied, the front desk lady is really gentle and cute, you will see you smile from the heart, people look very warm and comfortable, breakfast is a la carte is really delicious, than the average hotel to eat buffet is still much better, I can say that because the breakfast here fell in love with it, So I stayed for 5 nights, very good, the room is very clean and tidy, with balcony floor-to-ceiling windows, the size is also suitable, it is really a hotel with high cost performance, next time I come to live here, travel is also convenient, nearby supermarkets are at the door of the car, super praise 👍

I stayed in a room with a balcony before. These photos were taken before. There was a smoke alarm inside the room and smoking was not allowed. Later, the room was full during the Water Festival, and Ctrip raised the price of the hotel rooms during the Water Festival (the hotel said they did not raise the price themselves), so I was arranged to a room without windows. Because it is in the city center, the road is closed during the Water Festival, and tuk-tuks cannot enter. Cambodia has many holidays, so it is not suitable for guests with a lot of luggage, because the road is closed and you can only walk in from the intersection, which is about 200 meters, and the steps at the door are very high. It is very difficult to carry luggage.
