Excellent experience as a Solo traveller, I went in not knowing anybody having just landed in the county and Asia that day. The bar area is so open with pool it’s easy to meet other traveler’s of all nationalities and the group tasks were amazing set by the staff especially Moses. Really good food and rooms, perfect for a first stay. Feels like uni life without the work! Would go again!
A very pleasant stay in the center of Phnom Penh. A very friendly welcome from very helpful staff. A wonderful, bright room with a fantastic view of the city. The room was very well-maintained and clean. Breakfast offered excellent service and a fresh selection, from toast with jam to a local selection of chicken soup and noodles. The hotel is within walking distance of the Royal Palace and the banks of the Tonle Sap River. The rooftop pool, along with the covered rooftop bar, makes the hotel a perfect place to stay.
The staff is very helpful, location is great. The pool is fantastic, not a big one but authentic. Wanted to prolong my stay since I loved it but they were overbooked the next days.

Nice hotel in a great location. Food was really nice and breakfast was a nice addition. All staff were really friendly and helpful both in the reception and restaurant.
Nice rooftop pool overlooking the city and the monument.
Reception helped book tuk tuks and a bus to siem reap. Even organised a take away breakfast as it was an early set off.
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded every expectation. The hospitality was truly unmatched — every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and tranquility that instantly made me feel at peace.
The environment was not only elegant and serene, but also thoughtfully designed to offer both luxury and comfort. My stay was incredibly relaxing, with every detail tailored to create a sense of home away from home.
Without a doubt, this is a place I’ll keep coming back to — it’s a rare gem that delivers both beauty and heart.
Roof top
The major attraction of this hotel is the roof top Sky bar / pool / terrace / restaurant
The view on the central avenue with the famous sightseeing- The Monument of Independence- is incredible as well as the 360 degrees skyline of PhnomPenh.
The room was really spacious, but what amused me mostly was the bathtub in the bedroom, by the panoramic windows, in front of the bed. That’s quite naughty, but why not.
Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, which is fantastic addition to the meal, coz u may enjoy the sunrise right at the same time.
Location is good too, average distance to main spots is no more than 2 km. Tuk tuk service is no more than a 1 minute away.
One more important advantage is the express supermarket downstairs, good choice and even lots of options for those who wish to try local specialties
Never having been to Phnom Penh, I didn't know what to expe t. The hotel had good reviews and seen ideally positioned to acess the main tourist attractions and close to Bassac where the nightlife happens.
On arrival, I was greeted with smiles and good information. The lobby has a tourist info rack...definitely take the maps and main attractions info.
My room overlooked a religious site and the street at night was very peaceful. The usual fixtures in the room and all in excellent working order. The shower is fed with a small resevoir of hot water...didn`t know tbat....so I questioned why I had no hot water minutes into my shower...once explained, I used it accordingly and got the hang of how to set the water to get a long hot shower. The shower was standard hand held device and my favourite, the rainmaker head that gives a wonderful deluge of hot water.
Bed was queen size, comfortable and situated such that the gentle air conditionjng kept me cool and comfortable every night.
Room safe was fully operational.
Room serviced by a lovely lad who was always happy and efficient.
Try the Sky Bar and roof top pool. The views are stunning. Tonle Sap and Mekon rivers, Royal Palace, gardens and river front along with a great panorama. Staff are very helpful and prices are competitive.
The evening meal, on the roof top, open air, with the hustle and bustle of the city 11 floors below is to be experienced. The bar is well stocked serving draught and bottled beers alongside a very fair selection of spirits.
Breakfast the following mornjng 6am to 10am (but its not rigid, so if people still there 10.20, well, no rush. Food variety was limited mainly: chicken with rice or noodles, sausages, beans, egg and a noodle and egg station outside. All self service. Toast, nice selection of baguettes, white and very brown bread options, jams, fruit and cereals. Fruit juices (blackcurrant or orange) and hot tea/coffee free flow.
One very nice aspect is the free water refills. The bottle in the room is refilled by the unit in the breakfast room, as many times as required. Keep some in the room fridge for refreshing drinks after a long sweaty day.
Finally the little cafe downstairs does a solid range of hot or iced drinks and it closes 3pm. Opens at breakfast.
No guests permitted so guest's 'stuff' is safe. The doors are locked circa midnight, but as I am still a late night hound, getting back in was not an issue....just bang loudly on either of the two doors.
Use Tuktuks from Grab. Not once got a problem. Plenty of freelance tuktuks touting but prices are variable one sentence to the next.
Local bistros and small foody places. Try Vine, run by Aussies, good grub, good drinks, very popular with Aussie expats.
Every member of staff here could not do enough for thecresidents, thus making their stay highly enjoyable. I would look to book this hotel again. Highly recommended, VFM
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I stayed with my husband and our child, and everything was perfect from start to finish. I loved the welcome drink. The staff were very kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Our room was clean and cozy. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the dinner. It was a lovely experience for our whole family, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
The hotel is near the scenic area, a 15-minute walk to the Grand Palace, the National Museum and the Royal Palace Park. The room is large, the air conditioning is not very powerful, the shower water is insufficient, but everything else is OK.
I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh! The service was exceptional – the staff was always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I loved the modern design that gives it a fresh, stylish vibe. Plus, the rooms were very comfortable, equipped with everything I needed. Given the level of service and quality of the facilities, I found the price to be very reasonable. Highly recommend Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh for anyone visiting the city!

Amazing
HHaojiubuluodiThe room is spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Many people can go on business trips without disturbing each other. Those who dislike the high prices outside can cook their own meals. There is a laundry room that can save a lot of time. Overall, it is very good, very convenient, and very convenient. Comfortable!
EEnnaojThe tranquil atmosphere greatly enhances the experience, making it a perfect choice for a peaceful staycation. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy restful nights and wake up feeling refreshed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its spacious accommodations, serene ambiance, and the comfort of its sleeping arrangements. I’ll definitely return if I ever experience insomnia or restless nights again.
FFarah Binti RamliAbsolutely loved my stay at Emion Phnom Penh! The free coffee in the room was a delightful surprise, and the complimentary room upgrade was a fantastic gesture. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Still can’t believe that such a tranquil place is actually situated amidst hustle and bustle of never sleeping Phnom Penh traffic and street life.
Once you step into the property you’ll find yourself in another reality- lush garden, turquoise pool, heritage building (dating back to 1920), everything is quite, peaceful and amazingly beautiful
The decoration is a state of the art itself, each detail is placed rightly and bring such joy for eyes of the visitors with good taste.
Restaurant is fabulous- breakfast or dinner simply gorgeous.
My room was a part of the historic building so I’m more than happy to stay in the vintage style and again have no single complaint
The service was outstanding.
No wonder the hotel is filled with visitors and booked in advance, really popular spot. No hesitation to book it next time
Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!
AA Fish Called WandererJungle Addition was the perfect base for exploring Phnom Penh. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it was hard to believe we were just a short walk from the buzz and chaos of the tuk tuks and city streets! The atmosphere was calm and tranquil—an ideal retreat after a day of sightseeing.
The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh, delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. A truly charming and relaxing place to stay—we’ll definitely be back!
GGuest UserHotel room is small, but the health is in place, the restaurant downstairs is very good, the breakfast buffet is also delicious, lunch and dinner can be ordered, one night I have more than nine o'clock in the evening, the price is not expensive in the local area, the environment is beautiful, it is very convenient to go anywhere, Even the security guards at the door are better.
IIgorSerbiaThe hotel is adorable. The price is cheap compared to Hong Kong or Singapore, but the hotel is at a very high level. I would also like to mention a very helpful and professional staff who always address me with a smile: Theary, Thia and Kosal. They have very strict policies, so I had to pay for late checkout. The rooftop pool was amazing!
GGuest UserI’m actually a repeat gest of this hotel, probably 4-5 times in my stay in Phnom Penh. I can say this hotel is worth visiting for a person who would like to try and get experience in Japanese culture like room equipment, amenities, and facilities, the big point is Japanese breakfast! It’s surprisingly nice and authentic taste.
HHerbertSpacious room with a kitchen. Staff not very friendly. Actually not friendly at all. Location is great with options to eat well outside the hotel. Pool has no umbrella or a covered area in case of rain or a little sunshine. Stair way going to the pool can be very slippery, so be careful.
KKhemra KhengAnother good day at OKAY Guesthouse. This is a good stay experience. The room condition is acceptable. The price of the room is affordable. The environment is ok. The room temperature is comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay. I hope the guesthouse will keep up the good work.
