Big disappointment this place. This shouldn’t be on trip.com when I was here (April 2024) as it was not finished at all.
No staff when check in at 545 pm
It’s a condo but the kitchen was totally empty, no pans or cutlery or anything.
Pool is open till 11pm but there are no lights (it’s dark at 6pm), there is no WiFi and I was walking around with a router I received.
Nothing installed in the room, the fridge still covered in plastic.
Shower not great.
It has potential but they should first finish this place
This apartment is actually quite good. It has a fairly large floor area for only 200-300 RMB. The decoration style is a bit old-fashioned. You can walk to the fun mall in Toul Kork and a number of restaurants nearby.
The reason I gave a low score for the service is that when I arrived at 11pm that night, the hotel door was already closed. No one answered my knocks, so I just stood there stupidly on the main road. Fortunately, the customer service of Black Diamond responded very quickly and started to help me immediately. Finally, after waiting at the door for 20 minutes, someone finally came to open the door and let me in (at the same time, Ctrip customer service was ready to arrange a nearby hotel for me). When I went in, they said that the room I originally booked was no longer available. I almost ran away. In the end, I was upgraded to a two-bedroom family room...

Excellent apartment. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent place to stay especially if anyone is travelling with friends or family. Would highly recommend. The surrounding area is also very peaceful and safe.
Excellent Stay at Fairfield Phnom Penh!
I had a fantastic experience at the Fairfield by Marriott in Phnom Penh. The hotel is modern, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with great views of the city. I especially appreciated the rooftop bar and pool—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Location-wise, it’s conveniently situated near key attractions and the riverfront. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!
I recently stayed at Amanda Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.
One of the standout features was the location—conveniently situated close to local attractions and public transport, which made getting around the area easy and enjoyable. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the hotel, which made it perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options. The hotel also offered reliable Wi-Fi and efficient housekeeping services throughout my stay.
If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be helpful to have a bit more variety in room service options, but this is a minor note in an otherwise excellent stay.
Overall, I highly recommend Amanda Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. I’d definitely consider coming back.
AMATA is a super nice hotel. From the very beginning I felt like I'm home. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. I strongly recommend.
The hotel is not bad, the rooms are clean, the location is good, the environment is good, the rooms are big, and it is a good accommodation for a business trip. It provides complete items and everything you need.

Great
GGuest UserThe rooms we booked are on the third and fifth floors. The rooms are large, and there are a lot of mosquitoes on the third floor. The front desk didn't have mosquito repellent or electric mosquito coils, and then brought me a bottle of spray insecticide. Who dares to use it? The slippers and towels in the room were not replaced. They were used. I negotiated with them the day before yesterday and they were replaced with new ones. The hotel breakfast is not a buffet, you need to order, and the taste is average. This hotel collected a deposit and gave cash, and asked for a receipt. When I left, the hotel checked the room and didn't consume anything. They actually returned the deposit for one room to me. The actual deposit slip was for two rooms. After reminding several times, they finally said they made a mistake and asked for the cash back. Pay attention to the quality of the service staff here, pay attention! Choose this hotel carefully.
RRyan Cooper 王睿安This hotel is not near the city center but it’s a nice place. The staff speak basically zero English, but we figured everything out. The service was what one would expect. There is a little cafe at the front of the hotel. It’s maybe a 30 minute walk to go to the city center.
XXigangxiaopangThe location is on the main road, very easy to find. The waiters, front desk and security are all very welcoming, the room is very clean, very suitable for a family to stay, and very quiet at night
AAnonymous UserMy friends and me stayed at this hotel for 3days 2 nights and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, also able to speaking Mandarin and we was impressed by the warm hospitality.
The room was spacious and clean, but old decorated. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
The hotel’s restaurant offered a great variety of delicious options for vegetarian meals.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Phnom Pehn. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable!
GGuest UserThe environment is very good. I thought it was a separate one-bedroom and one-living room, but it turned out to be a rectangular one-bedroom and one-living room. However, the environment is also very good and very suitable.
GGuest UserThe price-performance ratio is quite high, the room is very spacious, the front desk can communicate fluently in English, and occasionally there are Chinese-speaking employees. Overall it is good. It would be better if it is equipped with a washing machine.
AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel, good location, relatively quiet, and the room is quite big. It is recommended that the hotel provide slippers for convenience, and it is also recommended that the hotel look at the signs that customers need to clean.
