We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

The hotel I booked for a friend on a business trip is very close to the airport, just over ten minutes away. The room is clean and tidy, not noisy, making people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The customer service Manager Cao is very serious about his service. The supporting facilities around the hotel are quite complete, there are banks and Jinbaocheng supermarkets, and it is very convenient to buy daily necessities. Meals are also available at the hotel. This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. The hotel breakfast is not bad. Although it is not as good as the five-star, the four-star breakfast should not be a big problem, but the gym is very good, and the swimming pool is not bad. It's small, and the location is not far from the airport, but it's not in the urban area. There is a bar area on the top floor. Because tourism has not fully recovered, there are not many people staying there.

The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

The food in the hotel is delicious, the Japanese food on the 19th floor, the restaurant on the top floor, and the restaurant on the 𠃊 floor are all delicious. It costs 15 dollars to go to the palace on the other side by taxi, and 500 Cambodian currency (less than one yuan) to go to the other side by ferry, just don’t get on the wrong boat when you come back.

The room is large, comfortable and full of high-tech content. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite. The free tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel is the best. The hotel's service is impeccable in every aspect.
