The staffs are friendly & approachable. Hotel allowed us to do early check in & gave fruit platter.

Generally good and I selected this hotel cause of location and good rate. This is traditional hotel and facility is little old. Breakfast is just so so not great but staffs are all kind. Two things were not good for me. 1. air conditioner - sound is quite big and it noised for me 2. Huge sound from toilet bowl when I flushed waters. These things are surely fixed.

It's a hotel I've been to often for a long time, but when I was making flight reservations, I saw a hotel I was familiar with, so I made a reservation. As expected, the facilities are always clean and breakfast is provided. I was able to eat everything and it tasted the best~~^^ I plan to come again on my next business trip.

We spend a night in this hotel, having had two rooms, one for our daughter and one for us. The disappointment came from the bathroom where the sewage drain in the tab wasn’t working fluently , while there was only a shower nozzle in the wall. Amenities were OK. Dinner buffet was excellent of a high quality food, but breakfast wasn’t up to this standard.

We were only booked for one night but due to illness they kept aroom open for my husband whilst I was hospitalised and looked after us when I was discharged from hospital and unable to fly home until fit enough.The hotel were fantastic nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were friendly and caring.

Absolutely awful , outdated, bathroom floor got wet with the silly shower curtain put a towel down to soak it up then got charged $25 as they was dust on the floor from my shoes, Absolutely disgusting, the 2 ladies just laughed when I said it was appalling , will complain to my travel agent jules verne when I get back to the uk
