Away from the town area, sitting on the quieter side of Phnom Penh. Good view of the Mekong River. There was a small kitchenette within the apartment that allowed basic cooking. The microwave was clean. The only drawback was the washing machine. The filter was not cleaned and made my clothes dirtier. See the pictures. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Location is bit far.... Infinity pool is great.... Sauna, gym.. Staffs are very friendly n polite... Breakfast at Eric kaysar cafeteria was wow... They bake the one of the best breads in phnom phenh city... Must stay hotel if ur visiting this city.

It’s like a hotel condo with multiple bedrooms good for big families to stay together while it looks modern and updated the hotel lacks necessary amenities like dish rack, larger trash barrels and broom etc for quick clean when cleaners aren’t there. They only provide dish soap and detergents if asked. A/C is off until you get there to turn on yourself so expect a very hot room first. They have no full size mirrors, the rooms smells like mold or puke, parents felt sick from it. Pro: They provide free water bottles daily just 1 per day. The rooftop sky bar is nice but needs more Khmer food options. It’s sad Cambodia is trying too hard to be more Americanized but they don’t realize tourists need more authenticity. CONS: THEY CLEANERS EITHER STOLE OR THROW AWAY MY BRAND NEW $200 sneakers I left inside a white plastic bag near the dining table. When asked they denied! I’m so disappointed. I would not recommend this place to no one until they take responsibility!

Excellent view, service, and amenities.
We can cook on my own in the room, which is superb if you like to enjoy shopping local ingredients and handle them.
