I only had unpleasant experiences with the air conditioner in the room. It's either very hot or very cold. If you set it to 25 (24,26) the temperature in the room becomes 23/22, only at 27 it's 27. The last morning, set point 26 at 7 AM, I woke up with a strong cold draft in my face, after a while it normalized. I don't know if it's only in this room, but it wasn't comfortable. And after several complaints on my second day there they still couldn't fix the situation.

I travel frequently across South East Asia, and this is perhaps the most comfortable stay in a while. Great location, views of the river, the cheerful and helpful staff, the design of the place - from the modern decor to the USB C socket for charging, everything is perfect. The cafe downstairs is great for entertaining friends, and the staff here also is great. I can’t wait to be back here.

The hotel was gorgeous!!! Highly recommend to book this for your next trip. The location was right to the Royal palace, by the river. You can take a nice view from riverside room and also on the hotel’s roof top bar. The design is kind of modern quiet luxury. The staff were very attentive from the front door, the cafe, front desk, at the bar, the housekeepers and at the breakfast. You guys were so amazing. The room was spotless, nice design, the bedding was so comfy. The room condition was so brand new. It’s worth staying. Again highly recommend.
